Anthony showed up fifteen minutes early, was polite and got right to the job at hand. Within thirty seconds had the problem diagnosed and fixed. The fee was very reasonable and Anthony was on his way within fifteen minutes. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I would not hesitate to call Precision Door again and will tell family about my experience.Word of mouth is the best advertising.

First off you had a person answering the phone not a machine. The woman I spoke with was helpful and set up an appointment for that day. The time was 2 to 4 but Al was in the area and knew he'd be driving by early so he called and asked to come earlier. Al was a true pro, he took care of my problem quickly and had the door working properly again. Time between my call and a repaired garage door was less than 2 hours, now that's service! Thanks!

I had a broken spring and my car was inside the garage. Precision Door was able to send me a technician within the hour. After discussing options on the door repair and issues with the actual opener, I decided to do both repairs. To my surprise, all parts were on his truck and I was up and running in a couple of hours with 2 new springs, Liftmaster opener, new keypad and new remotes. I was still able to keep my scheduled appointments without interuption. I would highly recommend and Precision will be my go to door repair call.

Tech John Franks was punctual, polite and obviously very knowledgeable. He quickly realized my issue was very minor yet he took the time to explain everything to me. He charged me only for the service call as he told me that was the only fair way to do it since he was at my hse for such a short time. Precision had a tech out to my house within an hour. Zoran was very professional and polite. He explained everything that he would do to correct what was wrong as well as explained another issue unknown to me, how and why it happened and what would need to be done to fix it. No upsales. Good morning, To start the operator that answered my call to place an appointment was extremely nice and professional. Al my technician was very nice, polite and professional. I appreciate the call to let me know he was on his way to my home and was greeted with a good morning upon answering his call! I love that he arrived with a uniform and a work vehicle to assure me he was with the company and made me comfortable to give him my payment information. He answered all of my questions with confidence and professionalism. He gave me free quotes for a new door and motor. I am glad that I decided to go with this company for my garage door needs! He worked quickly and did not leave a mess. I highly recommend Precision.

Great company! Super friendly and helpful on the phone when scheduling an appointment. Came out bright and early to help with our garage door that wouldn't close. On May 26, 2021, i had SWEETHAVEN DOORS & MORE come out to fix my garage door. They charged me $200 and the door was still not fixed. I called PRECISION DOOR SERVICE and they came out on the same day that i called them, July 7. BILL ADAMINI, Certified Technician, came out and REALLY fixed my door. He was so professional. Technician checked everything on the door and told us that the noise we were hearing was the sections of the door sticking in the humidity and everything was good--the door was operating properly. He was very courteous and answered any questions we had.
