Bill fixed the issue with my garage door, at least it opens and closes all the way now. But I definitely need to get a new one due to the fact that it is so old. Which I will be ordering in the next day or two. He is friendly and professional and very enjoyable to talk with!!

Anthony was excellent. First, he greeted my wife with courtesy and respect as they joked until I got there. The problem was analyzed immediately and solution identified. He realigned the cable/pulley and fixed the bent track. Problem resolved in 15-30 minutes; works smooth as silk. We discussed maintenance, replacement of opener. Very quick response of website/phone chats. A bit pricey at $385, but it pays to get it right, right away. Dr. J.

Thank you for getting rid of the horrible noise my garage door was making. Zoran, the technician checked everything over and explained to me what was causing the noise and what he was going to repair/replace to fix it. Cannot believe the difference and how quiet the door is. Money well spent. He also showed me where to apply silicon every 6 months to maintain the hinges on the door.

Anthony came and fixed my garage door opener that wasn't working because of a chipmunk chewing one of the wires. He also fixed two of our other garage doors and did a great job. He was very personable and had them all fixed in a short time. If we have problems in the future, Precision Door is the first place I will call. Wonderful service.

We have had Precision service for years and have always found them to be very prompt and courteous. Paul Broschk has been the man who has come out to us the past several occasions. He comes always prepared with parts for whatever the job requires. Jennifer who answers the calls for service has also been very professional and gets us scheduled as fast as possible. Today Paul came in mask (due to Covid19) and never once took it off, even as he worked in the garage. We did not require this of him but the company does and he complied totally. Precision Door also replaced our very old garage door in the past as well and every thing was well done. No complaints at all.

Our day started with a spring breaking on our garage door. We had used Precision in VA when we lived there so gave a call. Was able to get scheduled for same day. Tech called about an hour early and asked if it was ok to come early. Absolutely. The tech, Anthony, showed up and was done quickly. Very satisfied. Thank you

A major issue for me in purchasing the garage door as that it would open high enough so that I could open my hatchback with the garage door open. Brad, operating mgr, was sent pictures from the garage door opener installer and Will the door salesman. Both times he said it could. The door was installed and the hatch would not open all the way. I paid for the work, unfortunately. I contacted Brad who sent a tech to look at the problem. The tech said that I should have had the garage door opener put in differently for this to happen. He could give me no cogent reason for why the door fittings could not be raised higher and he told me the door was rubbing. 2 emails and countless phone calls to Brad have not gotten a response to this issue. The tech condescendingly told me I should back in. Quite insulting.

Zee, my technician from Precision, quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener. He provided options for repair or replacement. I chose to repair since the issues were minor. In about 30 min my opener was working! Zee was professional, knowledgeable and gave me options on next steps. When I do need a new garage door opener, I will be using Precision and Zee. I highly recommend them!
