Bill Adamini was very personable and knowledgeable!! He knew almost immediately what was wrong with my opener and that it was out dated. He offered several options and installed a new opener very quickly. He explained how to use the new opener very thoroughly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him and Precision Door Service again.

Precision Door Service, tech. Paul Broschk arrived promptly on a Saturday morning. I could not get any other companies to call back, let alone give me their availability. What I suspected would be a major service was quickly and professionally resolved. Paul Broschk went as far as correcting a separate issue and addressing a longstanding issue with the door. Thank you very much Precision and I will be referring you to others. Friendly, honest, reasonable, quick service. Fantastic work. He performed the job quickly and efficiently. Garage door opener quit working, so called Precision. Have used them previously to replace a broken door cable. The technician, Zoran, called ahead and arrived a little early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He examined the existing opener, explained the problems (one of which was the old opener was 20 years old), and explained the options of repair or replacement. I decided on replacement, and Zoran expertly and efficiently installed a new LiftMaster. I'm happy with the result and would definitely use Precision again.

Tech arrived on time, price very expensive. Tech did not do (25 point inspection) as soon as he left I closed the door the garage door motor blew up, (coincidence) could be. Offered to sell me a new opener for $655 which seems high. Had to call tech Back the next day because tension springs were uneven which he should of noticed 1st time around. When he did come back he wanted to charge me $110 to replace it. Was not comfortable with this company.

I am so thankful for Paul stopping by and fixing my garage door. Also thank you for meeting my budget. I need to get rid of the darn mouse. Once it is gone then I can get the weather strip replaced. Otherwise it will do the same thing to the new one too.

This morning, Paul from Precision came out to my house to look at the garage and give me an estimate for new doors. He was right on time, even at 8:00 in the morning, and came right at the beginning of the two hour window. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable asking questions, and confident that he addressed my concerns. I put down a deposit, and am now awaiting the doors to be delivered for installation. The process has been easy and pleasant so far, and I have no doubt I will still be able to say that after the project is done. Paul is awesome!

This was my first experience with Precision Door and I was really pleased with every aspect. I called on a Saturday and got to talk to a real person. A service call was scheduled for the following day, a Sunday! The technician called to say he was on his way and when he arrived he was courteous and professional. He solved the problem by replacing the old, defective eye sensors and then tested the installation. As a courtesy he lubricated the door hinges which were noisier than they should be. A nice touch! The service was great and the cost was fair. What more could you ask for! I’ve already recommended Precision Door to my daughter and to two friends.

Broken spring on garage door. Called Precision Garage Door and they sent out a repairman the same day. Installed two new springs. Price was less than we expected, and repair was quick. Great experience, and would recommend.

Hi, the technician was wonderful. The problem was not solved today. I still do not know what caused the garage door to start bending or bowing in the center. I had no problems with the door before this started happening. The technician was not really able to test my garage door opener to see if it was functioning properly, because he did not want to damage the door any further which I understood. Therefore. he was not really able to tell me what caused the the problem.

We had an issue with our garage door and another provider had given us an estimate and said there was no way to fix it without replacing the entire door. Bill came from Precison, explained it was not hard to fix, gave me an exact quote at the time of the visit, and took care of it right then and there. He walked me through what he did and why. The customer service was excellent - and he had my garage door running again in around an hour. Job well done.
