Zoran was great. Felt he was very honest and knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with. Also appreciated that he would come out on a Sunday! The door was unfixable as we kind of figured. Now just a matter of choosing style etc. So far so good! ????

We called and got an appointment the next day. We got the call and John was on his way at exactly the time frame we were told. We talked about what we wanted and he had everything with him and so we got the new opener in about an hour and a half or so! John was a pleasure, professional and a kind, friendly guy! Our garage door broke. We called & was given a time range for a service tech to arrive same day. Our tech, Paul, arrived & provided a clear & detailed explanation of our issue & choices to remedy it. The work was completed in the indicated time frame. Paul showed us all of the repairs he made. He was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. Your technician Bill came out to replace a broken garage spring a year or two ago. His work ethic was impressive so when I needed to replace the door opener I requested him again. Our experience was excellent. First making the appointment was quick (with polite people). Then, during the appointment, we were given options and knowledge and time to make our own decisions. Nothing was pushed on us. Anthony was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient! A Google search showed us the company had great reviews and then the company sent out bios on their employees with all this detail. We were happy that they weren’t random people because we have been burned many times in the past. It felt like someone had our back and not there to just to nickel and dime us.

I was extremely pleased with the service from Precision. They fit me in right away. The Technician called ahead of time to let me know he was coming and he was very polite and professional. It turned out that the garage door was the problem not the opener. the Tech gave me a clear summary of the problem and gave me a couple of choices as to how to remedy the problem. Z was the person that fixed the door. I will recommend the company to anyone that asks and plan to use them again.

I was heading out Sunday morning, and found the garage door spring had broken (boy what a boom it made!). Called Precision and was given a arrival time of 4 to 6 p.m. that day. Instead the serviceman called soon after. The spring was replaced one hour later! This is the second time I've had work done by Precision. They've been responsive, effective and results have been good. Thank you Anthony!!

On Friday one of may garaged door springs broke so Saturday morning I called Precision Door for an estimate to repair the broken spring. When I spoke with a call center representative on Saturday morning, I was told that a repair could be done that day and there would be no weekend extra fee only a $65 fee which would be removed if I had the repair done. The service technician, Paul Broschk, examined the door and told me that in addition to a broken spring, there were other items that needed to be replaced. Paul performed the repair work in a very timely and professional manner and after the repairs were completed he explained in detail the repair work that was done. The garage door now operates like new. Paul conducts himself in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner and provided me a valuable customer service.

On Tuesday, I called the office asking for a service call appointment to repair loud noises when our garage door opens and closes. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get an appointment the next day or the following day between 8-10 AM. I chose the Thursday. The serviceman, Bill, called at 8:00 AM to let us know he was on the way. At first he had a hard time diagnosing the problem, but he continued to investigate all options and finally identified the problem. He fixed the problem and before leaving he explained the several steps he took to fix the problem. We also appreciated the fact that Bill offered a few suggestions that we could do to keep the noise from returning. Bill was pleasant and thorough and we really appreciated his dedication to figuring out the problem and fixing it. We are very satisfied and pleased with Bill and the work he performed for us. This service call definitely met our expectations. Thank you!
