Al was sxheduled to come out to aervice our garage door between 2:00 and 4:00 today. He called to see if 11:30 worked for us as the morning went on. 2 springs replaced , general service done all in 30 minutes. Can't beat it. All was friendly and professional and Precision I would highly recommend.

My garage door spring had broken, and my cars were trapped inside. I searched and saw that Precision Overhead Garage Door had same-day service. So grateful to the technician, Anthony! Very courteous, knowledgeable and great with dogs :) He called to say he was going to be early. (This conflicted with my business calls but did not prevent Anthony from coming and replacing my coil(s) without any interference.) So far not good at all. i called for an estimate for full replacement of garage door including all old hardware and opener but impossible to have anyone get back to me. All I received was a quote for 3 different door styles

Got us a quick appointment. Our tech, Bill, arrived on time and was absolutely awesome. Would 100% request to work with him again. He had to get a part he didn’t have on his truck and come back later in the day. Had the job wrapped up within half an hour, and then took the time to explain how the door worked to my 10yr old who aspires to be an engineer. Seriously the nicest guy. Great warranty on the work, and a job well done.

I found the company on BBB and there five stars live up to there name. First thank you so much for being on time, my garage door was fix within minutes , (45 minutes) . I moved into my house 5 years ago. Lately the garage door was sounding very loud when it opened and closed, so I figured it needed to be serviced. The reason I used Precision Overhead Garage Door Company is because when I moved into my house their sticker was on the door. They would have come out the next day but that wasn't convenient for me so they came out early the next morning. In 45 minutes I had a new very quiet opener with a battery backup and new controls. John, the serviceman that was sent was very nice and knew right away what was wrong. I was very happy with his service and would use them again if necessary.

Courteous staff from the woman who answered the phone and scheduled the repair to be done. The repairman was here a little over an hour later. He explained what was needed and explained three price ranges and the warranty offered. He soon had the work done and all is well. Highly recommend this company.

I found Precision Door online, and when I called, a "real person" answered and very efficiently gathered information and scheduled a same-day appointment. The technician (Al Fleming) was able to arrive at my house 2 hours ahead of schedule and was very knowledgable and polite. At first, I just wanted a new garage door opener (with new remotes and a keypad), but Al noticed a crack in the door, which would only get worse with time. So, we decided to replace the door, as well. The price seemed reasonable, and I only have to wait about 8 weeks. Looking forward to a trouble-free, silent garage door opener and new door!

Our garage door was not operating smoothly so I sent a live chat to get a Technician to inspect it. Zoran came out and inspected the door and replaced plastic rollers with all metal rollers and it made a huge difference. Zoran provided us with some simple tips to avoid any problems. Zoran is very professional, very polite and did a great job within 45 minutes. We have used Precision Garage many times when we lived in other cities. Extremely reliable honest service.
