Mr. Boland, your repairman, Greg, arrived ahead of appointment time. He assessed the problem and tested the operator, the sensors and the remotes. Problem is from the several power outages in this area that prevented the operator from lowering the door. Greg was very professional and friendly explaining the problem. Anthony came out on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed my issues. He made recommendations i chose an option and had a new opener installed in about an hour. Anthony helped me program my keypad, and car to the new door opener. Great communication, great work, happy customer.

We called Precision at 7:15 am because we were unable to open our garage door due to a broken spring. Our technician Greg Carden was scheduled to arrive at 4 but came early. Because 2 cars were stuck in the garage, Greg had little room to work, but he was able to complete the job quickly and very efficiently. We had such a great experience with Precision Door. We had our garage door motor stop working so I looked on Google for companies in the area and Precision Door was the best rated so I called them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and when Richard came out to look at our garage, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to do replacements and repairs the same day which we were not expecting but so thankful for. When he was finished he walked us through everything he did, answered all of our questions, made sure everything was working, and triple checked everything before leaving. We had such excellent service from Richard and Precision Door and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for service on their garage door.

An actual person answered the phone at 10 PM on a Saturday night! And they were able to schedule someone out for first thing on Monday morning. We used them before to replace our garage door opener. This time we weren't as lucky....time to replace the door. Paul, our technician, did all he could but it was more cost-effective to go with a new door (our current one is from the 1960s!). While I hate that we are going to have to wait a couple months until the door will be available, I am happy with the service we received and the up-front pricing on a new door.
