I found Precision Door online, and when I called, a "real person" answered and very efficiently gathered information and scheduled a same-day appointment. The technician (Al Fleming) was able to arrive at my house 2 hours ahead of schedule and was very knowledgable and polite. At first, I just wanted a new garage door opener (with new remotes and a keypad), but Al noticed a crack in the door, which would only get worse with time. So, we decided to replace the door, as well. The price seemed reasonable, and I only have to wait about 8 weeks. Looking forward to a trouble-free, silent garage door opener and new door!

Our garage door was not operating smoothly so I sent a live chat to get a Technician to inspect it. Zoran came out and inspected the door and replaced plastic rollers with all metal rollers and it made a huge difference. Zoran provided us with some simple tips to avoid any problems. Zoran is very professional, very polite and did a great job within 45 minutes. We have used Precision Garage many times when we lived in other cities. Extremely reliable honest service. Great technicians.

This was my 1st experience with Precision and now I won't utilize any other company for anything related to my garage door/opener, even though I have a home warranty. Zoran is extremely knowledgeable, very polite, very professional. He pointed out some subtle signs of things that had happened to the door prior to my owning the house, recommended a maintenance item I can easily do, and readily replaced both springs and rollers. I read the reviews on Precision prior to calling them, and I know why they're all so glowing - they've earned them.

1st time customer and more importantly a satisfied customer. I called after 7:30 pm on a Monday night and got ahold of someone who arranged to have someone respond first thing in the morning. Our garage door spring had broken, trapping our car in the garage. We were worried about work and called hoping to get someone. Anthony showed up as promised, had the spring replaced and everyone got to work on time. I would definitely recommend them for prompt and excellent service.

Precision Garage door was terrific. I asked a co-worker for a recommendation and they strongly recommended Precision. I called Monday and they had a technician there on Tuesday. They were easily able to remedy the issue and provided details on what to watch for as the door and opener ages. Having the confirmation email include both the name and picture of the technician coming to do the work helped me to easily identify them when they arrived. More service related companies should adopt this practice. Well done!

I am very pleased to recommend Precision for the quality and responsiveness of the work. Your repair person was out in less than a day and finished the work of replacing a spring very quickly. The cost was quite reasonable, given the kind of work that had to be done. I respected the professional interaction and the care of work. I used Precision a couple of years ago to replace parts of my garage door. That work was done so well that I came back for this project. Thank you!

We had used your company two times before and were satisfied with the service. John came today at the time expected. He fixed my initial problem and I asked about another concern. Shout out to Precision Garage Door! Our door spring broke on a Saturday trapping our car (and a chipmunk) in the garage. Precision responded within two hours with a temporary fix, have ordered a new spring and scheduled an installation date. Technician was very professional quick to diagnose the problem.
