I was very pleased with the whole process. John Franks the technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful. John installed the new opener and recommended we replace the rollers. The tech was very fast and was very good at adjusting our doors and and repairing the openers. The only issue I had was the price of the parts (sensors) that were installed. I checked the prices of the same items that the tech pulled from his truck at home depot later in the day and found the parts were more than doubled. I can understand some up charge for the convenience - but the prices you charged were ridiculous. But the tech was very professional.

Matt Petroff was our tech and was extremely knowledgeable and proficient in his work. Stated he would be at our residence between 2 and 4 pm and was on time. Told us it would take one hour to complete the service but it took him much less time. Was very neat and cleaned up after himself, and looked and acted very professionally.

Very courteous and professional, which I think is especially important when you have someone coming to your home to work. John arrived exactly when he said he would, completed the job in a timely fashion, and provided excellent customer service, in general.

We were amazed to be offered a same-day appointment. We scheduled for the next morning. Zoran called to say he was on his way, and arrived promptly. He explained the problem well, showed me what was wrong, and offered options to fix it. Our original installers did a poor job with cheap parts. Zoran replaced parts (spring, cables and rollers), added an additional brace for a track, and rebalanced the door. It works better and more quietly than when it was installed. He gave an estimate and quickly finished the work, which is guaranteed for life (parts and labor). It was an expensive, but necessary repair, and we are pleased with the outcome. I wish we had known of the quality of Precision Door when we originally replaced our old wood garage door. Lesson learned.

The day before Thanksgiving my garage door came down at an angle and became unusable. We called Precision and they scheduled an appointment for 8am the day after Thanksgiving. Zoran Jovanovic was the technician that was assigned and he called that Friday morning to give me an estimated arrival time, which I appreciated since I had family in town so I knew when I would have to step away. Zoran immediately started diagnosing the multiple issues that existed, explaining the causes and potential solutions. He recommended a rebuild of the garage door hardware that was worn out and after further discussion I decided to have the old garage door opener replaced as well (it was old and well past its useful life). Zoran was able to start work immediately and completed the rebuild and garage door opener installation within a few hours. The difference in operation and noise levels is amazing and the door works perfectly now. The final cost was what was estimated, which was very reasonable given the work required. I would definitely hire Precision again and highly recommend them to others for any garage door needs.
