When I called Precision for service call, the receptionist that answered was very polite and courteous. The technician Ryan was on time for the appointment and he too was polite and courteous (I am guessing that this a typical attitude with your employees) He explained all of the repairs needed after which I decide that it was more cost effective to replace the door instead of making the repair. Ryan ordered the door and scheduled the install for the next day He did a great job installing our new garage door. I would recommend your company to anyone needed a garage door repair

This is a very well run company! From the polite secretary who set up the appt. to the very knowledgeable technician Bill Adamini -Precision Door is the best. Top quality products and an easy to understand diagnosis of the door problem. Bill was efficient and courteous. Had the new motor installed in an hour!

Current opener was almost 20 yrs. old. Al gave both options to repair/replace the unit, obviously replace was the better option based on economics. Al arrived on time was courteous and a quick worker. Would recommend him to anyone needing service.

What a great experience I just had with Bill Adamini of Precision Door Service. He clearly explained everything he was doing and he was very thorough. He also called 10 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. I also appreciated the safety checklist he performed on each door and he showed me everything very clearly on his IPad. Thanks, Bill, for your high level of professionalism. I also liked that I called on a Sunday and talked to a person and not an automated system.

My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was very positive. The person answering the phone was polite and informative. Anthony, the technician who came to replace a broken torsion spring ,was prompt and thorough in his explanation of costs and of the quality of the springs. He did quality work in a timely manner. There was some confusion regarding the warranty I had paid for in 2008 but the matter was settled to the satisfaction of both sides.

I chose Precision Door because they were well rated on Angie's list and I was impressed with their website. Paul Broschk was my technician. He was on time, very informative, courteous and personable. No complaints with his service. I had called to have the garage door opener repaired but ended up needing a new "lift" system (I had a broken spring in a system which was no longer made) and a new garage door opener. They only sold 2 garage door openers and both were on the high end of the price range. It would have been nice to have had a printed receipt. Other than being a bit pricey, I was very satisfied with the service.

I was truly pleased from start too finish with the installation of the garage door! Zoran was on time, polite and walked me through the procedure. He gave me good advice and said the work would be done right! Ryan, is a hard worker! I was very pleased with his Installation of the garage. It worked like a charm!
