Zoran quickly diagnosed the problem, recommended a couple of options, and we decided to purchase a new belt drive opener. He was very knowledgeable, professional and completed the install quickly.

Bill arrived ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem. Due to the age of some of the parts, the job became more complex than originally thought. He fully explained the options for the repair. He worked with his supervisor to find an optimal solution to the problem, and actually discounted some of the parts needed for an ideal repair. He persisted in his efforts to precisely balance the door, even to the point of disassembling the repair to install a different spring to achieve an ideal result. He is a true professional who is a credit to Precision Door Service.

My son used and recommended Precision. And I would do the same. Timeliness is very important. Try to move the answering service along a little better. Give the one gal a little training in speaking out clearly and promptly. Your office people are excellent. I haven't had the door installed yet so don't have an evaluation for that. Your service man was knowledgeable and courteous.

I called about a broken spring this morning & Zoran arrived right on time at 2 pm this afternoon. He inspected the door and components. Advised me as to why the spring may have broken. He also identified a few things that another company did which needed repair. We went over pricing and he completed the work. I would highly recommend Zoran. He was courtious and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he cared about doing a good job.

You upgraded my garage door system 6 years ago. The chain drive on the garage door opener broke today. I took the invoice from 6 years ago and called your office looking for help. I really didn't know what to do and thought that nothing could happen until next week. The young lady that answered the phone was wonderful and you tech was here in two hours. He described the two options that were available to me and the pricing. He is an amazing young man and you couldn't have a better representative for your company. It is unusual in this day and age to find a young man that really enjoys what he is doing. That says a lot about your company. What started out as the day from hell ended up a great experience. I had a broken torsion spring, but the entire door was in bad shape. Paul was my initial technician. He gave me a full assessment of what was broken and how bad the other parts were. We shifted to a complete replacement as I would have just been putting off the inevitable. Paul showed me the options and within minutes, we had the new door ordered and an appointment scheduled. Ryan came in at the appointed time, pulled the old door out, and had the new door installed. He cleaned up the space and tested everything to my satisfaction. An excellent job by both technicians.

I called the emergency number for Precision Garage Door at about 4am on a Sunday to say that my garage door had been hit, broken, and was stuck half open, with my car trapped in the garage. By 8am on that same day, Paul arrived at my house and was able to get my car out of the garage and was also able to close the garage door completely to keep thieves and critters out until my new garage door arrives. He said it will be within the week that I get my new door! Talk about quick response time and service! I couldn't believe I got a service company to respond so quickly on a Sunday!!! I've used Precision before, and will always use them, recommend them, and sing their praises. The repairman who came to my house, Paul, was friendly, professional, and quite helpful when choosing a new garage door. (The old one could not be fixed due to having been hit so hard.) Paul also was able to calm me down because I was quite upset about the damage done to my home. (Side note: Paul is great with dogs! I really appreciate it when service workers don't expect me to lock my dogs away!) In the end, I wish no one had hit my garage door with their car, but since I couldn't undo the damage, I was beyond satisfied with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. 5 star rating!!!
