This was an Angie's List deal for garage door tune up. Your installer, Matt was extremely courteous and called to let me know when he would bee at our home. He completed the job in a very timely manner, and let me know of other costs should I choose to have our current garage doors replaced in the future. The quality of service that we received was top-notch. Our tech was Bill Adamini. In addition to being well-skilled and knowledgeable he was polite and well-mannered, and made a real effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the work performed. He arrived well within the estimated timeframe and called about 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was coming. The service van was clean and orderly. I received an honest appraisal of the repairs needed and the work was done quickly and well. Our neighborhood publishes an annual list of recommended (and not recommended) service providers. I'll be happy to add Precision to our "recommended" list along with my name as the recommender.

Our garage door broke and we called Precision because we had previous experience with them. From the beginning, Zoran calling us to let us know he would be a little late due to traffic, to the end we are pleased with the service. Zoran very carefully explained our options and when we decided to purchase a new garage door, the process was smooth. Ryan came to our house at the appointed time and he did an excellent job of installing our new garage door and cleaning up. He was competent and cheerful while he was working and showed us how the new garage door controls worked. We would definitely give them 5 * and would recommend this company to others.

We had an emergency situation when one of our springs broke and I could not manually lift the door to get our car out. I called one company which could not come for three days ("It's Friday, you know!"), another did not return the message I left on their voice mail, and Precision which did not have an available technician but since one would be leaving work in a short while at the end of his work day, he stopped and completed the repair in a quick and very friendly manner. I'm VERY impressed with your service and though the charge was a lot of money for someone on a fixed income, it was less than I'd paid for the same repair 3 years earlier. The receptionist was prompt and courteous, Al was a great technician that thoroughly explained the nature of the problem with our garage door. He also presented two repair options with the pros and cons of each. I would highly recommend this company and Al Fleming.

Great website technician Bill was great and very knowledgeable. I had bought 2 new remotes and see if could help me program them. He explained to me that the remotes would not work because my Stanley is an older unit and the remotes would only work on units 98 and newer. 5Star rating from the Nelsons.

I called Precision to get an estimate on fixing our garage door opener and possibly adding a lock. An appointment was made very quickly and the technician, Anthony Wise came out right on time. He was very courteous and explained everything clearly. Our garage door opener was 20 years old and needed to be replaced plus the rollers. Anthony gave us our options with the prices and included the Angie's List discount and the Precision discount. He was able to do the work right there and had all the parts and the work was done in about 1.5 hours. I really appreciated the prompt service from the time I called to when the work was completed. I give Anthony Wise and Precision 5 stars. Very satisfied!

He was on-time, worked diligently and explained all phases of his proposed work in an understandable fashion. I ordered rollers replacement & Tune up of garage door through Angie's list.Technician noticed cable was ripped & needed to be replaced for extra $ 110.I agreed to replace the cable also.All work was done to my satisfaction. i will give 5 star for the service performed by technician Bill Adamini.

My garage door was working, however my remote wasn't. Anthony Wise arrived before me but was so kind telling me to take my time because the roads were icy and he could wait. He programed a new remote and then serviced my door replacing the rollers. It is now so quiet I can't believe it's the same door. I appreciate Precision sending me an email with a photo of the technician so I could feel safe. Anthony was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. 5 big stars. Thank you.
