Ryan Freeman was our tech., whom was very professional and new his stuff!!the Arm from our garage door opener came disconnected from our door which was a result of just a poor installation from Homolick door service... Ryan new exactly how to fix the problem so this would never happen again and installed a metal piece first then attaching the arm of rhe opener to it!! I choose Precision Door Service based on the excellent ratings and reviews that were posted on their website. I'm glad I did! The service call was made to repair a noisy and very annoying garage door. My technician (Zoran Jovanovic) did an outstanding job explaining what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Not only did he remedy the noisy door problem in a timely and professional manner but he also aided an injured neighbor who sustained a head injury. Way to go Zoran! Hello, Everything appeared to go well this morning but I went to open the garage door now (to run an errand) and the door will not stay up and I cannot get my car out. I have called your office to ask that someone come out tomorrow (Friday) to get this corrected and I have an appointment for late morning. Luckily, I am working from home tomorrow otherwise I would miss a day of work. The person I spoke with told me that I may be charged $65 for a service call. REALLY? Please tell me that your company takes responsibility for the work done and parts installed during at least the first 24 hours. Thank you, Melanie Klinec

I chose Precision from the internet listing because one of the overhead doors was not operating. It was a good choice. Your technician, Tony Wise, found the problem in a short time. He then examined both doors and their cables, etc. and pointed out potential problems due to their age, etc. I decided to accept his recommendations and he performed the services in a very professional manner.

Your technician, Zoran Jovanovic did an excellent job, not only repairing the broken spring, but also outlining the other problems with our door. The door had previously been installed with inferior rollers and two different sizes of springs. They not only have an excellent staff, being my technician was Paul Broschk who was professional and very knowledgeable. But they were on time and honored their word. My neighbor Rosemary Canitia sent over the Precision Tech because we were having troubles with our garage door. The Tech who was Chris came over. I explained the noise and what the door was doing. Chris explained in detail what the procedure would be to determine what was wrong. Chris was a great Tech, he explained in lay terms what had to done to make it work to be efficient and maintenance free for the future years to come. Chris, discussed all avenues and prices and I gave my consent to do the job. Chris gave Great customer service, neat in his appearance. I was very pleased. Thank you. RATING IS 5 STARS!!!!

When we bought our house last year, the garage door opening system failed in the first 30 days. We contacted Precision and they came quickly and had a brand new high quality system installed in one visit. The technicians are friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. I found the company by searching online. After reading some of the reviews and noting the 24/7 service, I called at noon on a Saturday and was told a technician would be at my home between 4 & 6 that afternoon to fix my broken spring. What was nice is that a live person answered the phone rather than having to set up my appointment via voicemails or recorded messages. Within an hour I received a call from the technician, Ryan, who said he could be at my home by 1:30. He showed up when promised, explained all of my options regarding the repairs, including the price for each option, and completed the work well within the estimated timeframe. He was professional, cleaned up the work area when he was done, and made sure I understood what was done before he left.
