Overall a very pleasant experience. Technician was knowledgeable. He did have to run back to the shop for a shorter track, as he did not have one of the correct length on the truck, but that is understandable. I am deducting one star, however, for the fact that he forgot to install the light bulbs! Not a huge deal.

The tech, Dave, was great. Arrived right on time, figured out the problem quickly and went right to work. Very friendly. Wanted to know if we had any questions about our door. Made sure that everything was working fine. Found a frayed cable that would have given out soon, that was covered by our warranty and replaced it. Just a terrific experience.

Bill Adamini did an excellent job. He diagnosed my garage door problem quickly and effortlessly replaced the door cables. We discussed the bottom seal and the problem with the concrete base being higher in the middle causing the door to be down in the middle but open a crack on each edge. He installed an over-sized bottom seal loop which solved that problem. I enjoyed watching a true craftsman at work. Thank you, Bill ! Great Job !!!!

Bill was excellent! My garage door wasn't working and Bill came out right away. He found that there was no electricity to the garage and I did not have a key to the old lock in the garage door. He got into the garage without damaging any of it. I asked him to install a new lock and key which he did in about 5 minutes. Problem solved! Bill was very professional and personable. I give Bill and Precision Door my highest recommendation.

The brackets snapped off of our garage door cables. Within 2 hours of calling Precision Overhead Door the technician Bill Adamini was at our door to repair. We requested him as he had done such a great job in August 2015 when our cables snapped. He is very professional, friendly and explains everything. He honored a 15$ coupon I found online. The same day the spring went on one of my two garage doors, one of my garage door opener motors died as well. Bill came out and gave an exact cost to repair the broken spring, and also provided the cost to replace the old garage door opener (I opted to have both door openers replaced). Bill was able to schedule the repair for the next day! He was early to the appointment scheduled and finished right around the time he said he would. 4th February, 2016. I contacted Precision, because of your positive web site feed back, you are a local company and I was hoping to find a quick door replacement. The same day, and Promptly at 11 a.m. Zoran arrived to assess the job and at 2.30 p.m. Ryan arrived to fit a new garage door and mechanism. By 5.30 I had a lovely new and quiet door. I had called your office at 9 a.m. I spoke with Heather and Jenifer, then later met with Zoran and Ryan and found dealing with all four to be a delightful experience. Probably the best customer service ever and totally professional. Thank you for brilliant service and having the nicest staff to deal with.
