Chris Pfuhl arrived right on time, said it would take him about a half hour within the time frame he was done. Cleaned up work area no one could tell he had been here. Very polite young man and very professional. I would call your company again when the need arises .

The serviceman, Dave, was very polite and thorough in evaluating our garage doors. The services that he performed were done only after he showed me what the problem was, and how it would affect the function of the door and got my consent. He could even tell that last winter our door had frozen to the ground! The repairs made a huge difference in how smoothly the doors work, and they work so quietly now!

At first I thought they were trying to up-sell me on additional parts. The tech took the time to show me the parts on my door that were worn out by comparing it to new parts. Glad he did. Door works great now and is whisper quiet. Also, appreciate the prompt response. Called at 1pm for broken spring, showed up at 3:30pm, all fixed by 5pm. Would recommend.

Today (1/22/16) Anthony Wise arrived right on schedule and worked during very cold weather conditions. We discussed all the options for improving the system in our new home and we chose a programmable one. Anthony was very polite and knowledgeable and answered my MANY questions about how the system works. I was also glad when he told me that Precision offers 24 hour service. I asked Anthony for a bunch of his business cards so that I can recommend Precision Door Service to as many people as I can!

When I realized that despite my decades of experience at fixing things in houses, I was in over my head, (I strongly suggest that you don't try fixing it yourself because its a whole lot more complicated than it looks and can be downright dangerous.) I called Precision and got astonishingly fast service. The technician was efficient, skilled and courteous. Call to finished job was no more than two hours. I highly recommend Precision.

Dave, the technician, called ahead allowing me to warn him about my snow covered driveway. He had to go up and down that driveway to carry tools, ladder, and parts, but he was prepared. He described what he had to do, showed me what had been done incorrectly by the previous door repair company that led to my current problem of a destroyed trolley screw drive. We discussed the remedies short-term and long-term and he demonstrated ways in which I could keep my door working more easily. He was very polite and methodical in doing the repairs. I would love to warn others about the previous door company, but I was very pleased with Precision and its technician. I would recommend Precision highly and use them on my rental properties when I have problems.

Matt Petroff called and was at my home in twenty minutes. Confirmed the spring needed to be replaced and gave me options. I chose to have both springs replaced and he had the job completed in an hour as estimated. This was on a Saturday afternoon and was a life savor for us. A rating of 5!

My technician was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem to me in a way I was able to understand. He was also very courteous and professional. My garage door and all of the equipment around it like the springs and cables were very worn out to the point of being potentially dangerous. He replaced and reinforced what needed to be done and took the extra time out to educate me on it. I would definitely recommend Precision and my technician to anyone.

5 stars Keypad not working first thing thus am (0500). Opened with cable with much difficulty. Then jammed; would not fully close. Made after work appointment for 4pm. Tech called to come earlier. Off work early so agreed. Tried door again with remote when I arrived home. Now working. Tried to cancel. Tech already down the street. William Coad still came by to talk with me about what happen. Gave some suggestions. Very professional. Did not charge me as door working when he arrived. I have used service before. Very happy with everything.

4th February, 2016. I contacted Precision, because of your positive web site feed back, you are a local company and I was hoping to find a quick door replacement. The same day, and Promptly at 11 a.m. Zoran arrived to assess the job and at 2.30 p.m. Ryan arrived to fit a new garage door and mechanism. By 5.30 I had a lovely new and quiet door. I had called your office at 9 a.m. I spoke with Heather and Jenifer, then later met with Zoran and Ryan and found dealing with all four to be a delightful experience. Probably the best customer service ever and totally professional. Thank you for brilliant service and having the nicest staff to deal with.
