My garage door has given me trouble twice this year with the springs and rollers. Both times, Anthony has come to my home to do repairs. Anthony was on-time, very professional and repaired the problems. We contacted Precision Door because our garage door opener keypad didn't work anymore. We were told by our handyman who looked at door and said we probably needed a new garage door. Our service technician from Precison Door name is Will. He was very helpful, and explained our options. He said that the door wasn't the problem. He said the door was in good shape. It was more the opener. Anyways, we made the decision. We asked him when he could install the new opener. He said he could do it right away. It took him a couple of hours. Our technician arrived over 4 hours early which was perfect since our cars were stuck in a garage with a broken door. He fixed it in about an hour. Very courteous and professional.

Very informative visit......learned a lot about garage doors and their proper operation. I had to replace a 30 year old opener and a couple of springs. The opener was a must....my old springs weren't broken, but potentially had a short life span left. Although the repair was more than what I had hoped, I felt comfortable in the technician's explanations and recommendations. I didn't feel any 'high pressure' or believe I was being mislead on work that wasn't required. I've got no complaints. 5 star

I would give a 5 star rating for the service I received. The garage door spring and cable had to be replaced. They were here within a couple of hours after I called for service. The serviceman was Paul Broschk. He was friendly and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done and was very professional. I would recommend asking for him by name.

They were the only company able to find springs that would work for our 80 year old garage door. They came same day and always at the time they said that would. When we had problems with our opener later they came and fixed it for free. I wish I could find plumbers, painters, and handymen who were as responsive!

I was very glad you could come out on a Saturday afternoon. I thought it was because you would be able to help. I wish you would have asked for a model number on the phone before you came out. The tech just looked at it said it is broken and he cannot do anything as it is such an outdated unit. I already knew that and didn't need to spend 65.00 for someone else to tell me that.

Amazing, that within 90 minute of my emergency call at 6:00 p.m., and 45 minutes after his arrival, Al had my door respiring and completely refurbished and on my way by 7:30. Must admit that I was stunned by the cost. $854.00 after a $249.00 discount was a shock. Unit cost of parts seemed beyond reality. Al the service man was efficient, knowledgable and professional in all respects.

I called around to get general estimates to install a lock on a garage door at a rental property. Precision was the only company willing to give me a price range of locks and tell me how much the service call would be. The garage door had an opener, but it hadn't worked since we bought the property. We assumed it would be cheaper to install a lock than to repair the opener. The technician, Matt, asked a few questions and took a quick look at the setup. He discovered the wiring going to a safety sensor was bad. He quickly replaced the wire and the door works beautifully now. The best part was that the price was lower than installing a lock. If I look at time spent and cost of materials, the price was high. But when I factor in that Matt had the knowledge and training to repair my problem in very little time, freeing me up to go back to work, the price was very reasonable.
