Anthony came to our home to repair the bracket and rollers on our garage door. From the time he introduced himself to my husband and I, we knew we were in good hands!! We could tell he was a very intelligent and experienced technician just by conversing with him. He explained exactly what our problem was with the garage door, explained what options we had to repair the door, and once we made our decision, he did the repair in no time!!!! My garage door tension spring broke. I located Precision Garage Door on Angies List. I called them and they came out the same day an arrived at the scheduled time. The technician was Will Coad. He evaluated what was wrong and was very helpful explaining what needed to be reconditioned and repaired. He provided excellent service.

After calling Precision late in the day when our garage door stopped working, the technician, Bill, arrived 1st thing the next morning, as promised, calling ahead to let us know he was on the way. This is the second time I've used precision door for service. A year ago I had my garage doors replaced. This year I had a new garage door opener put in. On both occasions I found the the service to be excellent. The technicians came on time, did great work and made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up as well. My 1992 lift master garage opener died (25yrs old). Got this new opener that allows all kinds of options. Dave the technician was very nice and helpful and explained my options. Confusion over weather strip that I needed replaced. Need to come back for that. Used Precision 3 times always a good experience would highly recommend.

I made an appointment for a Friday between 12:00 and 2:00. I received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival from the Service Technician, Dave. One Dave arrived and I presented him with my Angie's List Deal and explained what I had been experiencing with the door, Dave got right to work. After completing the tune-up and roller replacement, Dave explained what he had found and what my options were to fix the issues. I could have chosen from two options since I did not need a new door opener. I chose the "best" option which included replacing two springs, cables, pulleys, & boxes- basically everything but the door track. The "best" option comes with a lifetime warranty, whereas the "good" option only came with a 3-year warranty. Dave again got right to work and completed the job quickly. He was very pleasant and professional. I felt no pressure in making my decision on which service to have him complete. This was a great experience using Precision Overhead Garage Door! Thanks Dave!!

Cable broke on garage door as I was closing it last Saturday. Found Precision on cover of phone book and called. Relieved that repairman was out within several hours. Took less than an hr to fix. Everyone was very professional & polite. From gal who answered phone to repairman Zoran. He explained what was wrong, the fix & the pricing. If I should need future repairs, Z said they try to send out same repairman. Company confirms service call with an email, name & pic of who was coming & what to expect. Highly recommended.

We had our garage door serviced by precision door a few years ago and had great service then. Recently the door which is 25 yrs old showed signs of stress and Ryan explained in detail the repair and replacement costs.
