Our Garage door spring broke on a day we needed to get our cars out for appointments my wife and I had that day. We called and got technician Paul Broschk. He explained all our options and why we needed them. There were many problems with the door , one spring instead of two, bad bearings on both ends with bad cables. He fixed our door fast and efficiently .We were very pleased with his service and knowledge of our problem. I would Highly recommend Precision door and Paul Broschk for your garage door problems. I was referred to Precision by a friend and I'm glad she did. They were quick to answer and make sure that I got an appointment right away. Anthony the person assigned to do the job was not only on time, she also called before arrival. He mediately assess my situation and gave me numerous options that I can choose according to my budget at the time. He was very professional and ensured that the area was clean before he left. Before leaving he explain all the repairs and had me test the door to ensure that I was pleased with the repair. In addition he offered additional products and services that I could use to avoid any future problems but did not force any of them. My technician (Zoran) was very professional and courteous. He arrived in the specified time with an advance phone call letting me know he was on the way. He took the time to explain what the issues were and why they happened or needed repair. He gave me different options for repairing my garage door while explaining the advantages and disadvantages and then letting me make an informed decision. I did not feel pressured to do one over the other. The garage was fixed to my satisfaction and has a lifetime warranty!

I originally planned to have the Stanley garage opener repaired. Your technician, Paul Broschk, explained in detail, that repair was not possible, and recommended replacement. In addition his evaluation of the garage components, which were old and loose, also indicated replacement. Although I was not prepared to spend $1,100.00 at this time, his recommendation made good sense. After Paul completed the work, he went through the operation with me to insure everything worked properly.

Paul arrived as scheduled and performed an OUTSTANDING job. Prior to beginning, he asked me how old was my garage door. I had NO idea. I just moved into the house in May 2015. I was concerned that critics could get in through the 4" opening in the weather stripping. Paul explained the things that could also go wrong at any time. Although I was not expecting to pay the amount I did, PAUL made me feel COMFORTABLE AND SECURE for LIFE. He assured me that if I had any problems, just give him a call. Will did a great job! He was on time, courteous, and did all the repairs in a timely manner. He also upgraded our security for the overhead door with a device which will prevent the criminal from being able to pull down the attachment piece on the door to the rail.

I found Precision Door as I perused the Internet. Impressive, very professional looking. And you were able to perform the same day as I called. Service performed; New springs, rollers, the whole works. The door would not raise. Now here is a PLUSE, the technician, Z, most impressive. Smile, courteous, and very, very thorough in explaining what had to be done and WHY. That door sounds better now than it did when it was new. In closing, I felt the $ 789.00 was quite steep. Called in for a broken spring. The technician, Paul, arrived and inspected the door and opener and gave me some options after the assessment. The basic fix was about what I expected but I ended up opting for a fuller service for peace of mind about the garage door opener in a house we bought a year ago. The technician was professional, friendly and relatively quick with his work. I would definitely recommend Precision for service.

Yesterday, I accidentally left the lid open on the garbage can and put the garage door down. The door did not stop when it hit the lid. It continued down and then went back up, which resulted in the tracks being bent, the door coming off the tracks, and then just hanging there. In short, it was an unsafe mangled mess. I called another company and they said they were not available till Monday for appointments, so I called Precision, which made an appointment for Saturday. The technician called Saturday morning and was able to come earlier than anticipated. He explained the problem to me, what would be required to fix the problem, and then expertly fixed the door. The price was very reasonable, and overall the service was fabulous. I now have a safer, well functioning, garage door. Thank you.

Problem: The door did not open all the way and did not fully close. I performed the travel limit and force adjustments, but that did not resolve the problem. I called Precision Door in the morning and the technician (Bill A.) came the same day. Bill did a thorough troubleshooting procedure, found, and repaired a mechanical problem.
