I am very glad I found Precision Door. You all have been wonderful to work with from the people that answer the phone and especially our technician Al Fleming. Al explained everything we needed to know abouy our new PDS-4700e operator and was very patient answering all my questions. When my safety sensors stopped working Al walked me through evicting the spider that had moved in, causing the problem. Thank you all so much.

January 21, 2010, neither of the doors on my detached garage would open. Al Fleming arrived at 12:45, diagnosed the problems,quoted me a cost figure,left to get the needed parts, returned and completed the work in an hour. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and did exactly what he said he would. He's a gem!
