The two technicians who repaired my door and replaced my remote entry opener were very professional (I just can't see, to remember names). They took the time to explain what they were doing. They also, at my request, took the time to "scold" two of my kids for unsafe climbing of the garage door (don't ask). When a problem came up with my van remote, they promptly returned to take care of the issue. I would recommend your company in the future.

I am very glad I found Precision Door. You all have been wonderful to work with from the people that answer the phone and especially our technician Al Fleming. Al explained everything we needed to know abouy our new PDS-4700e operator and was very patient answering all my questions. January 21, 2010, neither of the doors on my detached garage would open. Al Fleming arrived at 12:45, diagnosed the problems,quoted me a cost figure,left to get the needed parts, returned and completed the work in an hour. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and did exactly what he said he would. He's a gem!
