When my mother-in-law(80 years old)was looking for a new garage door, we went to the internet, and were sold on Percision based on the positive feedback! We weren't disappointed! Al, the intaller, met with my mother-in-law and myself and was professional and imformative. He knew what he was talking about.From the appointment call to finish of install, only took 4 days. Very impressrd and will recommend and use Precision again. Happy in Strongsville!

I would rate a 5, however it did take two trips for my garage to get fixed. Al, reset my number key pad but it does not work. But my garage door is working properly with the remotes. I am pleased with the service he gave!!!

He did great work on the spring and very nice and pleasant to conversate. He did excellent work. The only issue is that he filled out the inspection sheet, but did not explain it to me. For example, the garage door is unbalnced was checked...what does that mean. was it because of the broken spring or something else. Overall great service on a Sunday morning.

We had used Precision in an emergency 5 years ago and Al did a great job of repairing our door. He also made sure we got the lifetime warranty which made a huge difference as he had to replace the spring and because we originally got the warranty, there was no charge on this repair.
