Very fast availability, even for an after hours call. I needed service, called at 7am, and was able to get someone out the same day, after 6pm when I got home from work. Technician was professional, pleasant, and the repair was very fast.

We had used Precision in an emergency 5 years ago and Al did a great job of repairing our door. He also made sure we got the lifetime warranty which made a huge difference as he had to replace the spring and because we originally got the warranty, there was no charge on this repair.

Al at Precision was Fantastic! He came in late in the evening, we're talking after 10:30pm, and was pleasant and upbeat. He was a breath of fresh air in the midst of a situation that really stunk! The two technicians who repaired my door and replaced my remote entry opener were very professional (I just can't see, to remember names). They took the time to explain what they were doing. They also, at my request, took the time to "scold" two of my kids for unsafe climbing of the garage door (don't ask). When a problem came up with my van remote, they promptly returned to take care of the issue. I would recommend your company in the future.
