Garage door would not open. No problem getting appointment. Al was very nice and helpful. He reset the sensors and the problem was solved. I am glad I chose Precision to install my door because service is always good and prompt whenever I call.

I have used Precision Door for 7 years and had a new door installed, service on the sensors and now new rollers. I wasn't sure if the new rollers would reduce the noise and the technician was honest about what effect new rollers would have given the age of the motor. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money or just have the door serviced. He was honest and completed the work quickly and honored my coupon. I will call Precision again if I have any issues with my garage door.

Al was really wonderful. He was very upbeat and polite. Our garage door is working so much better. The only minor complaint is that he should have swept up after himself. Having to clean up after a repairman leaves a mess is a pet peeve of mine.

We can't stress enough to our techs the importance of customer service. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and obviously we fell short. I gave you two stars not because of bad service, Al was professional and did his job well. I made one mistake and that was buying on the spot and not getting an estimate from a competitor, there was nothing wrong with the door when I called you. You may be the best in the business, but I suspect you are the most expensive. Al took 45 minutes to rebuild the door parts and I paid $800. I can't believe Al's time or your parts are worth that much money. I know good service is not cheap but should not be this expensive. You caught me on a bad day for me and good for you. I'm usually not that gullable and I really don't like to get taken and I feel I did. No recommendation for Precision.
We are sorry you feel as if you somehow been taken advantage of Mr. Winberry. Our goal is to fix the right door the first time and for our customers to be 100% satisfied. I will not defend our prices, they are what they are. I can guarantee our parts are better than any others available and we stand behind ours. Hopefully, after many years of trouble-free garage door use your opinion of us will change.

Liked that there was not a surcharge for a weekend service call. All was good * Al, the tech, was no-nonsense guy,very good SERVICE, however, was very expensive.....
Thank you for your feedback Mr. Hannon. Unlike other companies we do not charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays. No one has control over when something breaks, we just need to be in position to respond to our customers promptly. Al is our most experienced technician and does a really good job. As for our price if you were to compare us to a company similar to us we would be comparable. Value is determined over time.

Al was very courteous. we really like our new garage door. The windows let in a lot of light during the daytime. The insulation keeps the inside cooler the summer time and allows us to go into the garage without a coat on in the winter.

Precision garage Doors is not a company I can recommend. The technician gave me what I thought was an extremely high price at first and then continually lowered it to try to get me to use his services. To me that makes it seem like the company is trying to get as much money as they can by initially giving a price which is much higher than what they are willing to do the job for. Also, after I had been told the price for the consultation was $40 the technician said the price would be $65 because he had to take time to look at the garage door and talk to me. Isn't that what the consultation is for? He did however waive that fee when I objected. The company that repaired my garage door gave me a much lower price plus they did not require that I first do a consultation which I would have to pay for if I choose not to use their company. I feel that not using this company to repair my garae door was a very wise decision. Even with having to pay for the consultation, I saved over $200 dollars.
Based on your experience, I can understand why you feel that way. First, let me say there are many ways to repair a garage door. Experience has shown the best way to repair a door long term is to rebuild it. Not to say you can't replace a spring or a broken cable. We have found that putting a bandage leads to call backs and unhappy customers. Ultimately we will do whatever our customer wants but again the best way to repair a door is to rebuild it and we guarantee it will work perfectly. Obviously my technician did not adequately explain our company to you. Precision Door uses the best parts available and we offer lifetime warranties, which other companies do not. I don't apologize for our prices, what I do know is that we provide the best service in the industry. It is difficult to compare us to other garage door companies because we take a different approach. Our goal is to fix your door right the first time and give you peace of mind. I do apologize that your experience was not a positive one. Hopefully, you will grant us the opportunity to change your perception of our company. Also, thank you for your feedback. It gives us the opportunity to improve our service.

Loved the confirmation email that told me my technician, as well as, providing his picture. Al was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come earlier.
