Scheduling a service call was easy and convenient. The technician called before he arrived and was here when he said he would be. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to about what we needed. He was able to replace our garage door opener in about and hour and even re-programed our Homelink in our car for us. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to my friends and family.

We recieved an estimate the same day it was requested. The assessment was complete, explanation easily to follow and all questions were answered. The written estimate arrived by email an hour later. What more could you ask for?

I found Precision from Angie's List. I was impressed with the high ratings the company received from customers in my area. I called for help at 9:30am and talked to very pleasant and professional customer service representative named Allison. Allison was able to schedule an appointment that day and gave me a reasonable time window when to expect my technician, Al Flemming. The e-mail I received from the company before my appointment was great. I was able to see a picture of my technician coming to my house in a few hours and read a quick bio. I liked learning a little about Al and how he enjoys his time with his kids (I found this reassuring - believe it or not). Al came to the house right on time, was professional and walked me through what needed done and the price breakdown - all reasonable and easy to understand; no games. Al repaired all the moving parts to the door, including the spings that snapped. The work was completed very quickly (30 minutes). First thing I noticed was how quiet the door opened and closed - amazing. All around, great experience especially considering I called with my problem at 9:30am and was fixed by 2:40pm that day!!! Great job and will be recommending to everyone I know!!!

professional, organized website Precision Door was extremely professional. The entire team--including the employee who answered the phone the day we called met all of our expectations. The team made themselves readily available to answer any questions. We received same day service for an evaluation on a Saturday with no extra charge given a weekend day. We were immediately emailed confirmation of appointments. My family felt very safe having photos that were easy to show to each member of the family of who would be presenting to the door. The vehicle was well-marked. Al Fleming was very courteous any time we called, and promptly returned our calls. He was efficient and very informative to us about the repair. The technology of payment was fast and convenient. We would recommend this company to any of our friends.

The main garage door refused to work in the context that my husband was in hospital (in intensive care). I had to get the car out and get to him that day. I called around and Precision responded quickly: despite the typical time interval they give for making a house call (Nov 8, 11am-2pm), the Precision technician came at 11 am once I explained my desperate situation. The service technician was very professional, examined both garage doors, and then came in to speak to us about the "diagnosis" and his recommendations. He changed both pairs of springs plus all the moving parts (now well worn down) in an incredible 60-70 minutes. The garage door is the most silent its been x 7 years and I was able to be driven in my car to my husband in the ICU. Thank you!

Job well done,quick response, but too expensive. I figure $300. max. ($100. service call,$100./hr for repair,took less than an hour,$100. for springs. That seemed fair.

I had called just for the cable that snapped but due to further checking by the serviceman Bill there was more wrong than the cable that was damaged. Having discussed what it would cost to fix it was advisable to replace the door. Thanks for having men like Bill to help with my decision.

I chose Precision from the Yellow Pages because my original company did not have a person answer the phone. Friday evening the spring snapped along with the cable. The following day the technician arrived and descibed the problem in detail and I was very satisfied.

Called Precision to repair a broken spring. The technician, Zoran, did an inspection, fixed the spring, fine tuned the rollers and hinges,and made a few adjustments. He had the garage door running perfectly in a short time. Many thanks!

Precision was recommended by a friend to possibly get me out of a jam. My garage door came off track, and Precision was here in less than 2 hrs after I called (promptness counted). Long story short, the rep who showed up (Albert Fleming), was excellent. He temporarily fixed my door, but was honest enough to let me know that the original door was on it;s last leg (in excess of 20 yrs...he did not know). Anyway, without being pushy, he recommended a new door. Even though this was not in my current budget, I did not feel that Al was taking advantage of me. See, I am a 69 yr old Senior Citizen (prime pickings), but I felt confident following his recommendation. He did an excellent job w/the installation..definitely told me to call him if there is a problem. I am very happy with my choice of compamies and installer.

Al was great, he got my garage door fixed and also explained some additional things that could be done to prolong the life of the door and what options I would have once the door had reached the end of its life.
