My garage door problem was an easy fix. I called sometime after 8:30AM and they gave me a window 0f 10A-12P. Shortly after 10 John (very nice employee) called and said he would be there in 5 minutes and he was true to his word. First time I've used this company but would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very good prices. Thank you for a positive experience!

It's Sunday and our garage door won't open, we call your company to see when you could come out & to our surprise within the hour your service man, John Franks was at our back door. We explained what was wrong, and he gave us options to fix the problem. He explained each option, in detail, and let us make the best decision for us. From my first call reaching out for service through to the completion of the service work I experienced what was the most professional kind courteous service. Well beyond my expectations. The weather was absolutely terrible and the serviceman (Will) showed up on time and a very pleasant attitude. After he checked to make sure what I identified as the problem was the real issue he gave me some choices and options. He took a little under an hour to perform the work, gave me some good information for the future. The area was left clean, I was happy with the price (I always look for a fair price, not the cheapest, you get what you pay for) and the gentleman was confident and professional. Our old opener was installed in 1995, so time for a new one as it was no longer working. The technician (John Frank) came out the next day after calling for service. After explaining the new opener features and cost, he said it would be 1 hour to install, and it was. Felt bad he had to work during this really cold spell we're having. Everything works fine, so quiet compared to the old one, also we're able to open the garage with our smartphones.
