I had a very old/original garage door the spring broke, but the bottom of the door was all rotted out. Precision was able to remove the old door and install a new one very quickly. My installer was Ryan and he came in, did the work. He was very professional. Very happy with the new door.

Z came out and gave our door a tuneup, new rollers, and leveled the door. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with the door and pointing out upcoming issues. I really appreciated his candor pointing out how the previous owner went the cheap route and his recommendations in the future. I will be requesting Z in the future for further repairs.

I don't believe 5 stars is enough for the service I received from Will Coad. He called when he was on his way which was within the appointment time given. I had more of a problem then I originally thought and Will explained everything in great detail and told me what my options were. The work was done professionally and he cleaned up after he was done. I wish other service providers were as professional and courteous.

My experience with Precision Door Service was absolutely outstanding. I called in for an issue with a broken torsion spring at 8:00 AM and Zoran Jovanovic was at my house before 12:00. Zoran had the garage door operational in no time, replacing both springs and verifying the functionality and balance of the door. I will recommend Zoran and Precision Door to everyone.

The technician, with permission, arrived 40 minutes early, quickly determined problems with the garage doors and informed me of repairs needed. Both doors were completely repaired to my satisfaction.

A spring broke on my 54-year-old 300 pound wooden garage door. I called for service and was given a 4-6 PM window the same day. Zoran called around 3 to see if he could come earlier and arrived at 3:30. He estimated 1-1.5 hours and had to work in less than ideal conditions in my garage. He replaced the center bearing because the new springs wouldn't fit older bearings and replaced both cables since one had frayed. He originally quoted $550. He ran into a problem with the cable slipping off due to worn grooves in the pulleys. He said it would be $60 for 2 new small pulleys (newer larger ones wouldn't fit). The total repair ended up taking about 2 hrs 15 min. The door works great now. I deducted one star because the bill ended up $650, which I thought was a little high and was expecting $610. Labor and tax charges are not shown, only parts prices which apparently include the labor & tax. The work is guaranteed for 1 year Precision sends an email with pictures of the technicians so you know it's not an imposter.

Zoren(known as Z,in your office,I believe)did an outstanding job in re-incarnating my 19 year old garage door that expired the previous evening with a broken spring and cables. The replacements and the workmanship came with a life time warranty and a lucid explanation of the logic behind replacing with two springs and choice of replacements.Because of him I have recommended your company to several householders and have told them to ask for Z.
