MY residential garage door decided to "blow up" as I was on my way out of town. Something slipped and before I knew it parts were falling and I could barely get it back down and latched. My wife called Precision and they gave us a quick appointment (I know December is a busy month). The service tech put it all back together and tuned it up. Now our door runs smoother and quieter than when it was new. The invoice was much less than I expected. Great job. Thank you. A+

Surprisingly good service (I have low expectations for contractors). The guy they sent out was very jolly and almost OCD about fixing my garage door while doing it as inexpensively as he could for me. When he got done, he gave me the bill, and then looked at my other garage door and made a couple adjustments to make it work better (at no charge - he couldn't just not fix it). Definitely recommend.

Bill Adamini is my service tech. This is the second time he's come out to work on my garage door. The first time he did a full rebuild (about 2 years ago at the time of this writing). Precision installed a new garage door and Liftmaster opener in July, 2016. We were very pleased with the installation process and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our Liftmaster malfunctioned on Monday, November 27th. I called around 9AM and a service tech was at my house by 3PM that day. He diagnosed the problem which required a replacement of the opener head. He did not have the part on board but did return the following day with a new unit and completed the work withing 15 minutes. He was very efficient and courteous, apologizing for the inconvenience. The replacement was covered under warranty.
