My sister referred me to Precision. I thought I only needed a simple repair, however, John (my technician) pointed out all of defects with my garage door and even I had to agree I needed a new door. Being on a fix income I can appreciate the fact I only had to come up with half down and the other half was due upon completion of the job which gave me time to come up with the other half. On the day John was to arrive to replace my door I was surprise he was doing the job by himself. I can rave about John all day long as he did an excellent job. John is very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. I can also appreciate the five year warranty that came with my new garage door. All in all I had a wonderful experience and would rate Precision with an A+. Thank you Precision and John..with all of my heart...I thank you.

We could not be happier with Precision! When our opener springs broke on a Sunday, leaving our garage door inoperable, we called Precision- fearing the dreaded extra charges for weekend/holidays. The Precision representative that we reached by phone was polite and was able to schedule a service visit the same day. I called around 10 am and our appointment was set for between 8-9 pm, but our technician, Bill, called me about 15 minutes later to see if earlier would work. Bill actually fit us in that morning! He was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our springs. He was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Bill was able to easily pull up our account history because Precision uses today’s technology, so everything is accessible on computer tablets. The only cost that we incurred was the service call fee because our broken springs were covered by the lifetime warranty and there was no extra charge for weekends! Yay! Thank you Bill for you excellent(and quick!) service. We are so happy we chose Precision!

On another note, kinda upset that when they sent this survey form it contained a $100 coupon that I could have used if I had received it at the appointment confirmation. Called for opener battery back up service Bill A., technician, came the next day, replaced the battery backup, changed both light bulbs, made sure the system was fully functional, and took the slack out of the electrical cord. Very efficient and super nice guy. This is my 3rd encounter with Precision and they've all been great experiences. Thank you.

I don’t know about the price but the service was prompt (called at night - got appt next morning) and fast (about 1hr). Also comes if you want with lifetime warranty. The service technician was knowledgeable and was able to provide common sense suggestions.

Had the company out in 2006. Tech suggested a complete overhaul. It was pricey but we had the money at the time, and it was lifetime warranty, and we weren't planning on moving anytime soon. May have paid for itself on Friday when I needed a spring replaced

We were very pleased at the prompt same-day service provided by Precision. The technician, J. Franks, arrived when he said he would and did a through inspection of our garage door system, he explained what work was to be done and why the work was needed, and told us upfront what the total cost would be. Mr. Franks did the repair work and new cable installation in a very professional and efficient manner. He answered all our questions. We give Precision and Mr. Franks a 5 Star rating and recommend them to anyone for a top-notch job at a fair price. Thanks !

Precision Door was extremely convenient, timely and reasonably priced. I called them for a quote at 9pm on a Friday night and they were out Saturday morning to install the garage door. The technician Anthony Wise called me to make sure he could arrive early for the appointment and was fast and courteous when installing the door. Anthony took his time to show me all the functions of the door and common resolutions and trouble shoots that could save a future call. I highly recommend this company for installing your garage door!

I called for service because I thought the problem was the opener, which we purchased December 2016, but it turned out to be the springs. The technician was very nice and helpful. His name was Will Coad. I did think the price was a little high, but I had to have the work done. I told Will that when we got the opener in December we never received a manual with it, he told me he would let you know and you could get one for me.

We realized our door was broken on Friday, we called Saturday morning and by Saturday evening all was fixed. Fast, easy, good communication, and friendly. Everything was explained, I was given options and there were no surprises. Even some slight adjustments made at the end of the job to make it better when we talked it over. I had the molding on the bottom of the garage door replaced. The Technician was excellent. I give him 5 stars. My only issue was that I called the company the day before and asked that they made sure that the technician also bring the molding that goes around the door and they assured me that he would have it all on the truck He was never notified and did not have the molding. However, he did tell me he would replace it another time and not charge an additional service fee.

Anthony, the "Wise" guy, was very helpful in determining the problem and fixing the chewed up wire from some frantic beast in our garage. However, you need to put these bright minds that work for you, Precision Door executives, to come up with a solution to a what seems to be a re-occurring problem besides getting rid of uncontrollable elements (critters), and shoring up the wiring with some kind of reinforcement so we won't have to forego our next vacation because we paid you that much.

Bill Adamini was the technician. I was absolutely pleased with his work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got the new part (power door lock) and installed it. He also re-programmed my built-in Lexus garage door opener. I have purchased a new garage door and a LiftMaster direct drive opener from your company over the last few years and have always been pleased with your work.

I am very pleased with the door opener. It has worked extremely well for 6 years. The current problem was just one of adjustment, although a worn wire had to be replaced. Your repairman was on time, cordial, and efficient. The problem was resolved in no more than a half hour. However, the charge was $65 to show up and $65 for labor. I paid for a life-time warranty, and I thought the charge was too much. He very quickly reduced the charge by $65 dollars. I don't feel that is a good way to do business. It made me feel like there was an attempt to take advantage of me because I am a senior. If I hadn't said anything, I would have paid $130 for a half-hour job.

What got my attention when doing a google search was the 24/7 and they came out the next day. My spring broke and i could not get out, worried on how I'm going to work the next day. Today they came out at the exact time to put in a brand new door and finished when they said. They never make you feel like you need to buy anything, no pressure with this company.
