The first time was for a general maintenance special they were running, for $69.00...well worth it. The second time, I tried to take out my garage. This is a honest, professional business, as shown in the character of their technicians. As a single woman, they dealt with me fairly, respectfully and honestly. They were on time and priced fairly. We are so happy with our new garage door. While we had to wait because it was a special order door, it was well worth it!! Unfortunately, the new door had a noticeable scratch but all it took was a call to Precision and the entire panel was replaced!
