Dave was our technician. He called in advance and was on time. We needed a tuneup after having the garage redone. He inspected everything and reinstalled a couple things that hadn't been put up since the remodel. He was a pleasure to deal with.

I was pleased with the prompt sevice. I do however think the price was a bit high. also have an issue with the batteries I recieved with the openers: One was no good in just 2 days after purchase and the other the other one 4 days after purchase. I suggest you test them before using.I would make life easier.

Mr. William Coad came to our house ON time, and called first, to inform us that he will be there in 20 minutes, it took him 15, Precision Door is a class act, why go with anyone else. Mr Coad was exceedinglying pleasant, professional, good appearance, and went right to work, explaining everything, installing a new keypad with wireless remote. Where have you guys been my whole life. Will highly recommend Precision Door, particularly Mr. William Coad. Thank you, for a really great job.

Excellent, timely service. Called about 8 PM June 1, door fully repaired by 11:30 AM, June 2nd. Technician was excellent, and did a very good job explaining everything that would be done. Extremely pleased with the timely service, and would HIGHLY recommend both the company and the technician.

Called on a Holiday weekend Saturday afternoon 2PM appt. Set up for between 2-4 and the repairman would call when he has on his way to let you know his arrival time. At about 2:30, Ryan, the repairman called and said he could be here by 3:00 if that was convenient as he finished a call earlier than expected and was only 15 minutes away. I told him to come ahead. Ryan, was pleasant, friendly, he walked in the garage, looked up and said I see your problem from here a broken spring. He gave us the price and advised us that it is better to do both at once. He did them quick, neat and even re-programmed one of our garage door openers. Great Job Ryan, Thank You

The service with precision door was excellent, Ryan the technician that was here on a Saturday was professional, and quick with the installation. I found the whole process to be professional from the online chat, scheduling and actual installation. The price quoted was the actual price. Hi Jim, I am a repeat customer from 10 years ago. Dave came out to fix our garage door spring that broke. He was very courteous and helpful. Fixed the garage door very quickly, replacing both springs and also noticed cable was frayed and replaced it. And since are parts were under warranty, we only had to pay labor. We called you back because you originally installed/repaired our garage door. Dave was just as nice and helpful as you were 10 years ago. Thanks Dave for coming out today, your service was excellent. Should we have any problems with the garage door we will be sure to call you back, probably in another 10 years if not more! James
