We are so happy with our new garage door. While we had to wait because it was a special order door, it was well worth it!! Unfortunately, the new door had a noticeable scratch but all it took was a call to Precision and the entire panel was replaced! After my insurance rep. Wanted to use a company not my referred company which was Precision. I went along with their company who had yet to set an appointment a month later. After being paid in full their whole attention changed, I was told I has to wait until they decide when they saw fit . This was not setting well with me and I requested a refund and got the Harlem shuffle, I immediately called Precision and my estimate was still on file. Rep. Came out took my deposit and my appointment was made the same day. Very professional and understanding that my choice was Precision from day one. Anthony Wise called because he had a cancellation of his earlier service. So he came out earlier than scheduled. He diagnosed the problem just by walking up to the open door! Very efficient! Showed me how to check the problem if it ever occurred again. Then he proceeded to explain a dangerous situation I had with the garage door. Very pleased with the service. I would use them again!

From the first call I placed on Easter Sunday to Monday at 10:00 I was treated with respect and kindness. Bill Adamini was here when he said he would be. He totally helped me to understand the problem with the garage door and replaced parts with better grade parts than the builder's door company did. My sister was here during this repair. He was able to make replacements to her door before it broke. Since we live in a neighborhood where homes were built around the same time, we have been sharing our new found garage door repair company.
