We are so happy with our new garage door. While we had to wait because it was a special order door, it was well worth it!! Unfortunately, the new door had a noticeable scratch but all it took was a call to Precision and the entire panel was replaced! After my insurance rep. Wanted to use a company not my referred company which was Precision. I went along with their company who had yet to set an appointment a month later. After being paid in full their whole attention changed, I was told I has to wait until they decide when they saw fit . This was not setting well with me and I requested a refund and got the Harlem shuffle, I immediately called Precision and my estimate was still on file. Rep. Came out took my deposit and my appointment was made the same day. Very professional and understanding that my choice was Precision from day one.
