I was very pleased with the service provided by Anthony and Precision Door. I placed a call at noon on 4/27 and by 2:30 pm, we had a new Garage Door Opener. In addition, Anthony replaced the rollers on our door and it has never run quieter or smoother. Anthony is an excellent ambassador for Precision Door and I would recommend both Precision Door and Anthony to anyone needing Garage Door Service!

John was here within 45 minutes of my initial call. Showed me what happened and what needed to be done. He was very professional. Although my initial thoughts on the price was surprising. Paul came out to repair my garage door opener. Hos technical knowledge was impressive on its own. But his customer service was fantastic. He conducted an inspection of my opener and determined what was wrong, but went further by offering me options on how to correct the issues. Everything from a simple repair of the current equipment to a full replacement of the entire door and mechanism. Truly a professional from a top notch company. I will certainly be recommending you to friends and family

Will did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem with our garage door (broken spring) and notifying us of the other issues with our 25 year-old builder grade garage door. We decided to replace the entire garage door and are very happy with how Will and the company handled a manufacturer's error with the door color. I cannot possibly portray my disgust at the customer service I have received from Precision Door of Cleveland. A technician came out to service our door last week and charged us a significant fee ($750) to do more work than we had planned on doing. The following day, our door would not close. This obviously presented an issue considering, with plenty of possessions inside, we could not leave our garage door open indefinitely. We called the company and were told by the operator that she didn't have the authority to 'double-book' someone to come fix it. We were assured she had left messages with the manager/owner and he would call us back that evening. This was Friday afternoon. Monday, still no one from Precision had called us back. We called again Monday evening and were told again a manager would call us. It's Tuesday afternoon and still nothing. I realize this company has plenty of good reviews - and I'm sure their technicians are talented people who do good work - but to have management and ownership that is so careless and neglecting when it comes to their customers' safety and well-being is simply abhorrent. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CROOKS.

Will was very helpful and identified our problem quickly. He determined our opener could not be fixed and had to be replaced, but cautioned us that a new opener could be damaged by the current state of our garage doors. He walked us through our door options, made a few recommendations based on our home design, and finalized a package (door and opener) that would solve our grarage door problem. William Coad was out on March 18th to fix our garage door. It had slipped out of the track due to door panels being frozen shut and it opening askew, several of the rollers had come off. He had the door reset in about 20 minutes. He was very polite and informative! Thank you for your prompt service!

All was as advertised. Zoran did a great job in explaining our options, and when we made a choice, he installed new springs and a new opener right away. He showed us how to use our new controls and made sure they worked before he left. He also told us items we did not need to replace and some that are not necessary but may make the opening / closing process smoother.
