Bill did a great looking at our door problem and explained our old wooden door is starting to fall apart from the rain/snow. The door is holding water and swollen. He suggested we remove the rot from the frame of garage door. He also suggested we replace our 2 1/2 car garage door with a new light weight steel door. Our wooden door weights 2 - 3 x more than steel door. Wood door is making garage motor work harder.

I did not feel pressured to make a decision about fixing our old door or installing a new one. He came out the next day with another gentleman and installed the new door. My technician was Anthony Wise. He was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. The springs on our garage door were not correct, so he replaced them and made sure they were strong enough for our door, which is very heavy. When he replaced the old springs, he went up a size and after realizing even those were still insufficient, he replaced them again at no additional charge to make sure everything was done correctly. He also was conscientious of my time and specifically asked how much time I had before needing to get to work.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Anthony and Precision Door. I placed a call at noon on 4/27 and by 2:30 pm, we had a new Garage Door Opener. In addition, Anthony replaced the rollers on our door and it has never run quieter or smoother. He conducted an inspection of my opener and determined what was wrong, but went further by offering me options on how to correct the issues. Will did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem with our garage door (broken spring) and notifying us of the other issues with our 25 year-old builder grade garage door. We decided to replace the entire garage door and are very happy with how Will and the company handled a manufacturer's error with the door color.
