I had called Precision Garage Door to replace a broken spring (single spring on garage door) on 1/29/2022 at approximately 6:30 pm Saturday night, and was informed that they were booked all day for Sunday. I opted for an appointment for Monday 1/31/2022 between 8 am - 10 am, and the technician showed up promptly at 8:30 am (Al Fleming, after calling ahead). Al has a great customer service side as he did not try and "up sell" on anything additional. However, after speaking with Al and Al taking the time to explain everything to me, I decided to with not just replacing the broken spring, but, replace with two spring and the replacement of all of the door "rollers", since I have a belt-drive garage door opener, I do not hear the 'clinks' and 'clanks' from the rollers any more and only hear the 'whirring' of the motor its self. Garage door wouldn't close. They came out the same day. The person that fixed it was very nice and knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend this company. Reasonably priced. Thank you Precision garage door!!

I was checking the company out at 3am. I was shocked to find out they could come at 9am. The selected opener is fantastic. The work was done very nearly. Zoran was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He even asked if he could come 15 minutes earlier than my 4pm appointment. All boxes/ rubbish was collected and taken away. Would highly recommend!!! My son uses them too and is extremely satisfied with their work and warranties.

Excellent service...The technician was Greg. He called to say he could be there 15 minutes early which was perfect for me. The door sensors were getting no power and he said they probably needed to be replaced. Then he found a slightly skimmed wire. When he bypassed it, the sensors came on. Problem solved in less than 15 minutes. I have been totally satisfied with Precision Door. Initially they replace all the moving parts in my garage door. Later on I decided to have them install the garage door opener that they offered when working on my door. Every time I have dealt with them, The techs were all very capable, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND PRECISION DOORS to anyone in need of garage door products and/ or service.

After experiencing a mishap with our garage door late on a Saturday evening, I was amazed to call Precision Door at 9:15 on a Sunday morning and have a person answer the phone. He took my info, scheduled a service call for later that same day, and followed up with an e-mail confirming our appointment. The technician, Bill Adamini, showed up ahead of schedule and got our garage door repaired very quickly. Overall, a fantastic customer service experience. I am so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Paul the technician that came to fix my door! I am so pleased that I called Precision, I knew the lift was not a good one when I moved in a couple of months ago and it just stopped working this morning. I received a same day appointment when I called for service! I was appreciative of that since my garage door has been inoperable for a couple of weeks. Service technician Anthony arrived sooner than expected and was very pleasant. He diagnosed my issue and went over the options thoroughly. Zoran was our tech and did a great job. My entire experience with this Company was excellent from beginning. At night our main spring above the door broke while closing the garage. I was surprised they had a 24 hour call service and she was very helpful and detailed setting a appointment for the next day. Zoran called and arrived early. He was friendly and very detailed and had our springs replaced and door working again in a hour. Price was fair and very well explained. I will definitely use this Company again for any garage door needs or issues.

Bill just came out to replace the garage door spring. He did an awesome job and explained everything about the spring. In doing so, he noticed the cable on one side was frayed, not a good thing. It would have meant another service call soon. We saw the problem and had him replace BOTH cables. In June we had a "fly by night" person replace one cable, It was thinner and he charged twice as much for that cable. In fact the spring AND 2 cables came to only $60 more than the previous person. We highly recommend Precision. Give them a try, you will be very happy with the service call.

I contacted Precision 12/23/21 because of an electrical power outage that had burned out my garage door opening unit. They were out to service my residence the next morning. Had a very bad experience with another company that left my garage door still broken. I called Precision mid afternoon not expecting to get a technician same day. In less than 10 min I was checked in with a technician scheduled in a few hours! Greg called me back within 5 minutes and was able to make it sooner than scheduled. Outstanding no pressure service from Greg, laying out the options to make the repair and even pointed out a few things that should be done in the near future. Replaced both door springs very quick and the door worked better than before the spring broke! Greg even spent a few extra minutes to help solve a problem with the keypad. Top notch technician.
