John was on time, professional and courteous. Upon assessing my old garage door opener, he determined that the model was too old to repair and suggested a replacement. John replaced the garage door opener and belt in about an hour. He was prompt and professional! I also thought the price for the new opener + installation was very good. I would definitely recommend John and Precision Overhead Garage Door to anyone needing a garage door opener repaired or installed.

Precision installed my garage door opener 5 years ago and Precision Overhead Garage Door last year. The Walnut garage door is the most beautiful one on the street, but yesterday my opener started to not work right. Today Jim came out and corrected the problem and it was fixed. Precision is the only one I will call for help on my garage door and opener. Great Job............

Andy called first and arrived on time. He looked over the problem , then discussed the different options we had. At no time was there high pressure to do anything but the least to put the door back into operation. Bottom line we got a new opener with limits and two door spring. He left the garage clean . I was having a problem with my garage door opening. None of the controls would work normally. Paul Broschk was the technician that came out and fixed the problem immediately. He was great. I had called Precision Door several years ago to fix a broken door spring. Bill Adamini was the tech, and he reviewed the situation, offered some options, and I elected to convert to a torsion system. Bill had everything needed on his truck, and completed the work in excellent fashion. So when I needed to replace the garage door opener, I called Precision again. I was pleased that Bill was assigned as the tech again. Today Bill arrived somewhat early (after calling), completed install rapidly and did his usual excellent job. Cleaned up all extraneous parts and materials and took away all packaging, old unit, everything not needed. New unit is very quiet, and has operated flawlessly to this point.
