Brian came today & needed to replace all the mechanisms for the garage door at our rental property. He was very polite & most courteous. It was obvious to me that he knew the business of garage doors. He represented the company so well. I did not need to get a second opinion. January 21, 2010, neither of the doors on my detached garage would open. Al Fleming arrived at 12:45, diagnosed the problems,quoted me a cost figure,left to get the needed parts, returned and completed the work in an hour. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and did exactly what he said he would. He's a gem!
