I am very glad I found Precision Door. You all have been wonderful to work with from the people that answer the phone and especially our technician Al Fleming. Al explained everything we needed to know abouy our new PDS-4700e operator and was very patient answering all my questions. When my safety sensors stopped working Al walked me through evicting the spider that had moved in, causing the problem. Thank you all so much.

Jim Boland is a very customer oriented technician and he did an excellent job servicing my garage door. He arrived exactly when he said he would, did a complete check up, serviced the door and opener and replaced a hinge that I didn't even know was broken. I'm glad he caught that because it could have resulted in further damage in the future. The service performed was done professionally at a very fair price. My first experience with Precision was two years ago to replace a broken door spring. I was extremely impressed. They setup an appointment at my convenience. Their technician (Frank) was punctual and friendly, and I could tell he was also very knowledgeable and experienced. I agreed to have him do a complete overhaul and I'm glad I did. My old door and operator were in need of lubrication and with the new nylon rollers it really made the door much quieter. I recently called on Precision again to adjust the door because it got out of alignment. Again, they were responsive, courteous, and professional. And their technician (Jim) was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly determined that the problem was a worn cable on one side, so he replaced BOTH sides to be safe. He also noticed that I had recently installed a new operator, so he took it upon himself to check that the auto-reverse feature was set properly. I was very satisfied and more so because this visit was free of charge -- completely covered by the lifetime guarantee I received from my earlier overhaul.

Brad the gent who initially installed my door was courteous and punctual. Jim got involved when the paint on my door started chipping without even going through one winter. He assured me he would take care of and did, by installing a new door. Then I had issues with the inside of the door holding water from the uncalked window panes. When opened it would leak from every screw hole on our heads. Again, Jim displayed such patience and excellent customer service throughout this ordeal. Jim is an anomaly. I would be honored to hire such a man of character and integrity. I would definitely give Precision Door a 5 star rating, not for quality but for service which separates the great companies from the average. Well done!

I met Jim Boland at the Lakewood home show. We set up an appointment and he arrived promptly at the time set. He looked at the door and suggested that only the bottom panel needed to be replace along with the wheels and a general servicing. Jim Boland installed 3 new garage door openers at my home approxomatly 6 mos.ago. I had an unrelated minor problem today with one of the doors. We had a new garage door opener, new keypad, remotes and "eyes" installed. Our was very old, not of good quality and finally just died one afternoon. Precision was able to get here the following morning and called to verify the time. Brad arrived on time (even in a snow storm) and was very knowlegeable, professional, and kind. He explained everything prior to starting the job and made some excellent recommendations- which we followed and had the rollers replaced. The opener is so quiet! I felt "well cared for" with Precision and Brad, would call on them again, and highly recommend them. A great job!

Contacting Precision was easy. I simply dialed the toll free number, and within a few minutes I had an appointment setup for someone to come give me an estimate that weekend. Very professional and courteous at all times. Product is of the highest quality (R 13 value for their insulated door). My door was installed within a few days, and I didn't even need to be there. Everything was done by the time I came home, instructions left, along with all the remotes and keyless entry. Brad did a SUPER job. With 24/7 service and a lifetime warranty, Precision can't be beat!

When we called the person we talked to on the phone gave us an arrivale time 2pm 4pm. Brad arrived almost 45 min early. to us that was great. He came to the door and idenified him self. Asked question on what was wrong with the opener. Verbally trouble shooting the problem. It took him a short time to find the problem. He fixed it quickly and even talked to me about preventive mantaines for the opener. He also took the time to answer all my questions, and explained everything he did and why.
