She expressed some concern regarding the cost of our service as compared to other people she spoke to regarding the price they paid for similar work. We talked about the quality of parts, service and warranties and she quickly understood that comparisons cannot be made solely on price. I purchased a "deal" through Angie's List to have the garage doors inspected and the rollers replaced. This was my first contact with Precision. When the technician came out to do the inspection, he talked to us about replacing the garage doors as they were very old and in bad shape. After giving us a price quote, we decided to go ahead and replace the doors. I felt comfortable with the estimate because I had looked into replacing the doors previously. I was comfortable with using Precision because the company is highly rated on Angie's List. Steve came back a few days later and replaced the doors, springs, rails, etc. He did a great job and I am very happy with the doors. I will recommend the company to others who may need garage door services.

I was well pleased with the timely response and the work done by Brad Buzzelli. He was courteous and professional. When I mentioned the cost to other people who have had their springs replaced, they thought it seemed high. I left a message for Jim Boland to call me, but never heard from him. Perhaps there is a reason, but, without communication, I am not sure what it is.
