Tom came out and took one look at the garage opener and informed me that it needed to be replaced with a better unit. He quickly installed the new unit while making it a nice & neat install. Tom was very professional and I would refer him to anyone needing a garage door system replaced.

The technician was professional, showing me what needed to be done to correct our problem, and what he would recommend from his overall checking. he gave me time to call my husband so he could talk with him. The technican's name I believe, began with an E, but he was wearing a shirt with "Brian" on it. He explained the reason for it. I hope that has been resolved. He cleaned up after he finished (which did not take as long as I expected) and showed me everything he replaced, explaining how often the parts should be lubricated. He did not show the old parts taht he had removed, and I did not think to ask to see them.

Advertizement in phone book had Better Business rating and said you specialized in broken springs. And you do!! Our garage dood was fixed on time as promised; technican arrvied on time; explained all options; and fixed door. The door works better now then when it was new. I was well pleased with the timely response and the work done by Brad Buzzelli. He was courteous and professional. When I mentioned the cost to other people who have had their springs replaced, they thought it seemed high. I left a message for Jim Boland to call me, but never heard from him. Perhaps there is a reason, but, without communication, I am not sure what it is.
Ms Stromberg and i were finally able to speak the day she wrote this review. She expressed some concern regarding the cost of our service as compared to other people she spoke to regarding the price they paid for similar work. We talked about the quality of parts, service and warranties and she quickly understood that comparisons cannot be made solely on price. She expressed her satifaction with my explanation and remains a very satisfied customer.
