Several months ago we needed a garage door repair. I found Precision in the Yellow Pages along with a discount coupon. We called and were very glad we did. The service was impeccable. Brad Buzzelli was the technician. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. At the time of the repair, we talked briefly about eventually purchasing new garage doors. Brad talked to us about it briefly, explaining our options but without any sales pressure at all. Months later, we decided to replace the old doors and called Precsion and requested Brad. We made am appointment to get an estimate. Again, Brad was prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Within a week or so, we had our new doors. They were installed in a timely manner and all of the old equipment was removed from our property. I randomly chose Precision from the yellow pages because of their BBB member status. From the initial phone call to the completion of service the experience was excellent. The woman I spoke to explained that weekend service was not an additional charge and asked for the promotional, cost saving code, from the advertisement without my having to ask. The service technician, Brian, showed up on time, was professionally dressed (shirt with logo),introduced himself, and was courteous throughout the repair. He explained three repair options, with corresponding costs, and allowed me to decide without pressure. He proceeded with the repair and was in and out within the time frame he had estimated. The repair was fairly straightforward without complications. Brian explained the warranty and how to contact the company in the event of further or future problems. All in all it was a very good experience. I would, and have, recommended Precision to my friends, and associates on my Condo Association"s Board of Managers. Even though we, as homeowners, do not like to have to repair such things as garage doors, thanks for a great experience nevertheless.

You guys are absolutely the best garage door company out there! My wife and I are extremely happy with our new door purchases. For years we lived with our old, loud, annoying doors and operators that would aggravate us constantly. There was no way you could open the door without everyone in the house knowing, hearing that awful sound. The previous owner of my home recommended Precision to me, so when I had trouble with my opener I gave them a call, and a technician was out the same day! Jeremiah was thoroughly knowledgable, skilled, and courteous. He explained the problem with my opener, repaired it, and explained that since it was an older model it might continue to have that problem and how I could fix it if needed. When instead I inquired about installing a new one, Jeremiah answered all my questions and was available to install a new opener on the spot!
