Was VERY pleased with the reputable service of Precision. Fantastic communication throughout the process. I unfortunately was scammed (and overpaid) on a service call back in March and was nervous to reach out to another company. Thank goodness I reached out to Precision! "Z" found the root of the problem (bad adjustment and installation back in March), explained what work needed to be done, and fully explained the cost/options before starting the repairs. I felt so comfortable with Z that I went with the works and am so happy with my garage and the warranty that came with their service. First time I closed the garage I wasn't even sure it was closing because how quiet it was! Amazing job by Z and the Precision team!!! Thank you!

We woke up Saturday morning and unable to open the garage door - even with the manual release. We immediately called Precision Garage Door Service (they respond 24/7) and was greeted by a welcoming, professional receptionist who walked us through the process and scheduled us for repair within 2 hours! Our technician, Al, called us right before he arrived and immediately knew what the problem was. Again, a very professional and knowledgeable technician. He described 30 years of experience and offered us very reasonable options. Our door was repaired within 30 minutes at a very competitive price! We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service! Thank you! D. and W. Simsic, Willoughby Hills

As soon as John walked into the garage he could see the issue. He walked me through the different cost options for the repair to help either a short term fix or long term to meet our needs and price point. There was no sales pitch involved, it was a conversation of what we wanted him to fix and perform preventative maintenance to with an upfront cost. This was very calming to know transparently ahead of time. To fix our garage door took maybe 90 minutes and it was a painless process. Very glad we went with you guys!

When I googled for a repair on my garage door opener, I expected to see some other company the day of my appointment. Needless to say I was surprised this company wasn't them. However, the real surprise came with how friendly and professional the responder was. They were honest and helpful. Now that I have their number, whenever needed, they will be who I call.

I’ve used Precision Garage Door twice now - two years ago because the spring broke on a Saturday morning (and they came out that day and had me back up and functioning quickly), and then today for a maintenance check-up because the garage door was making a strange noise. The team at Precision are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend.
