Precision helped me out of a jam - when my car was stuck in the garage because the door (which was an old manual one) got stuck closed. They had good Google reviews, and were able to get my door unstuck quickly. I'll be replacing the old door with a new one from Precision. Pricing is good, too, and they showed up when they promised!

I chose this company because I was referred by a friend. When he had a problem with his garage door he mentioned that you worked promptly and took care of the matter right away. I was disappointed, knowing that there was still a service charge for you coming to look at my door and no work was done. Even when filling out this survey, it talked about a service performed, and there was nothing physically done to my garage door, other than looking at the problem. It’s still making me select a service performed when nothing was done so disappointed in that as well. I am listing it as broken garage door repair even though nothing was fixed or done to my door.

I called at 10:00 on a Saturday morning and was able to have a tech come to our house between noon and 2:00. I was very happy when he arrived a little before noon. Sensors on garage door were malfunctioning and needed a fix sooner rather than later. Precision Door was able to stop by the same day I called which was greatly appreciated. Paul installed the new sensors in less than 10 minutes and told me a few things to watch out for in the future. Will definitely use Precision in the future! A+++

Found them on the internet and they were open today which is Saturday. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and got me an appointment the same day. The gentleman, Al came to do the work. He was early and called me to see if he could come. He was knowledgeable and kind. He clearly explained to my husband and me what might have to be done and the cost.
