Called in the morning, same day service, phone call 1/2 hr. before arrival, Service Tech Anthony was so kind and had wonderful customer service skills !!!!! This was the easiest process ever and would highly recommend Precision to all. The install of the new spring was fast and efficient. Other companies should take lessons from Precision.

I detected early on a Saturday morning my garage door was having issues. I noticed one of the cables was tangled. Precision scheduled a technician for the next day. Zoran arrived an hour early. He quickly did some analysis to determine if anything was broken. Thankfully the cables were fine and the garage door was just off track (no damages). My garage is 100 years old, the door was converted from two smaller doors to one large one. He explained how the door get can out of alignment due to many factors (door not square, uneven ground, winter weather, etc). I appreciated not only the knowledge share but being very thorough repairing the door. Within an hour, my door functional. Thank you Zoran for sharing your knowledge and repairing my door in such a professional manner.

For years I have used another garage repair service that I "inherited" from my parents. I felt that my previous service was rushed and I was provided scant instruction re: operation and reasons as to why I was experiencing so many problems. Today my certified technician, Bill Adamini, was prompt, patient, professional and thorough. He readily identified and remedied my garage door problems. I have already recommended Precision to my neighbor!

I couldn’t recommend Precision more highly for emergency garage door repair - in my case an overhead door that had fallen off a track. Quick response was promised and delivered. My technician, Bill, arrived as scheduled, was extremely courteous and professional, and had the door working again within an hour.

Most of the time, I take my garage door opener for granted. BIG MISTAKE when it doesn't work!! Precision Overhead Garage Door-Cleveland to the rescue!! Of course it was 5 PM on a Friday when I needed help! No problem! Dakota of the toll-free customer service line was incredibly helpful and polite and the appointment was quickly scheduled ON A SUNDAY! No extra weekend surcharge! I couldn't have asked for any better attention than was given by Bill, the technician. Totally communicative, personable and professional. I am grateful that I chose to have called Precision to initially install the opener years ago and to repair it when it needed it! No competition, hands down!

Paul was very nice and helpful It turned out that my garage door had ice underneath it and that was causing it to have trouble opening. I managed to get it open, but he told me what the problem was .Paul checked everything and sprayed something to keep it from sticking, he even shoveled some of the snow by it. He told me to call and ask from him if I had any problems

I had called Precision Garage Door to replace a broken spring (single spring on garage door) on 1/29/2022 at approximately 6:30 pm Saturday night, and was informed that they were booked all day for Sunday. I opted for an appointment for Monday 1/31/2022 between 8 am - 10 am, and the technician showed up promptly at 8:30 am (Al Fleming, after calling ahead). Al has a great customer service side as he did not try and "up sell" on anything additional. However, after speaking with Al and Al taking the time to explain everything to me, I decided to with not just replacing the broken spring, but, replace with two spring and the replacement of all of the door "rollers", since I have a belt-drive garage door opener, I do not hear the 'clinks' and 'clanks' from the rollers any more and only hear the 'whirring' of the motor its self. I was checking the company out at 3am. I was shocked to find out they could come at 9am. The selected opener is fantastic. The work was done very nearly. Zoran was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He even asked if he could come 15 minutes earlier than my 4pm appointment. All boxes/ rubbish was collected and taken away. Would highly recommend!!! My son uses them too and is extremely satisfied with their work and warranties.
