My garage door opener died and I knew it needed to be replaced. I looked on line and selected Precision Garage Door Service after reading all of the positive reviews. I liked being able to schedule on line for a time that met my needs. The technician, Zoran, called shortly before the scheduled time to confirm appt. He arrived on time and got right to work— replaced the bad opener with a new one and also replaced the worn rollers. It was expensive but was done quickly and all debris was cleaned up. And I had it all done the same day so my cars would not have to sit outside overnight. The technician was very polite and friendly— he explained how to do some basic routine care of the new equipment, which was appreciated. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to family and friends.

You put in new springs for me, they were not adjusted evenly, you charged me $75 to show up - adjusted the springs for another $75 and left after 7 months of doing the job with a supposed 3 year guarantee and me having to pay you another $150 - I will never do business with you again!

Unbelievable, prompt and professional service by John Franks! I called Precision garage and spoke with Daphne(very nice) and explained I was dog sitting at my son’s house and the garage would not open with the key pad. I panicked since the dog was in his cage and I needed to get inside the house(I didn’t have a key)! She said someone would be there between 12 noon - 2pm. I received a call PROMPTLY and John Franks said he would be to the house in 35 minutes. He arrived in less than 35 minutes! He was able to pry open the garage door and noticed the spring was broken. He changed the springs and within 1 hour he was gone. UNBELIEVABLE service! A BIG 5 STAR REVIEW and a huge thank you to John Franks for his service.

I used this company a while ago to do maintenance on my garage. I know I needed some work done on my garage again as it was loud going up and down and it was old. Tech came out, Anthony Wise, and told me what’s needed to be done but in my own time. No rushing me. Needless to say I called back a week later and I love my unit. Updated and QUITE. Thanks Anthony you were professional, friendly and knew what you were doing and didn’t have me waiting all day for you to arrive. Highly recommend

The installation of my new garage door opener was quick and done well. The cost was reasonable considering all the features I got with it. The keypad even displays the time and temperature. It came with a lifetime motor and belt warranty, a five-year parts warranty, a five-year LED warranty, and a one-year warranty on battery backup. It also has a camera, and the cost was $1.099.00. The garage door opener has been working well so far. I understand that you can use your smart phone to open the door from anywhere and find out if it's open or closed. I have not tried this feature yet.

I called on Sunday, Zoran came out on Sunday. When my garage door opens, it goes to far and hits the motor with a bang and shaking. He noticed right away that the stopping mechanism was broken, however the parts that he had did not fit my old Genie. He said he would check the warehouse for the part and come back Tues or Wed. He told me to try stopping the door before it gets too close to the motor. I said OK. He asked for a deposit, witch I gave. Job not finished today, but Precision has been good to me before, so I expect the same now.
