The technician was able to come by earlier than scheduled. The door repair was done quickly. The estimate was spot on and Anthony could not have been more cordial and helpful. As my car was parked in the garage behind the door with the broken spring, it was tricky. But Anthony directed me in inching up of the vehicle and he was finished in minutes.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Cleveland for garage door repair service. They cover a wide area not just Cleveland. I live in Lorain County. My phone call was answered immediately and after explaining the service required I was given an appointment within days despite it was in cold February. The technician, Anthony Wise, arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of garage door repairs. First class service on short notice by a knowledgeable and very pleasant service technician. He was able to pinpoint the problem quickly, confirm his diagnosis, and suggest a solution including several options. Two days later arrived with parts for a quick install with description of what was being done and improvements over older(20 plus years) replaced motor and chain. I am very disappointed with the installation. First the rails installed were longer on one side than the other. The side that was longer was longer than the rail that was originally there. The extra length of the new rail did not allow clearance for our pull down ladder. When we opened it it slammed into the rail and knocked the cable off the door. In addition to damaging our pull down ladder. When the door was installed I specifically asked if the ceiling brackets needed to be replaced. I specifically asked if they were strong enough to hold the new door. I was told they were and that they did not replace them unless they needed to and they looked solid. Today the ceiling bracket fell out of the ceiling while the garage door was open!!

Our spring busted in the morning and I called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. The technician Andrew freed up early and came over an did a wonderful job and the garage door is working great once again.
