I purchased service and a keypad entry installation from Groupon and they came out the very next day and explained the condition of all parts connected with the operation of my garage door. Will, the very professional installer, was very honest and made suggestions on parts that should soon be addressed and the important role they play in a well balanced door operation. Purchased a Groupon to have our 13 year old garage door tuned up. We got ten new rollers, door balanced, some advice on how to maintain our current door and NO upselling which is what I really was expecting. Our tech was a really nice guy and knew his business. When my door needs replaced I'll call for a quote.

Our garage door broke (spring) late Friday night 12-28-2018. I could not open it by hand. Called Saturday morning at about 9:45 am. By 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon the door was repaired. The technician that came out was John Gilles, we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. During our conversation, I had asked about garage door openers. When he gave me the paperwork for the work he did he also gave me information on the openers that Precision recommends and took the time to explain the difference between them. I very much appreciated the way your staff responded to our emergency from the moment that we contacted them. We scheduled our repair appointment quickly for the next afternoon (and changed the time period due to a last minute event). Our repairman (John Franks) arrived on time, immediately identified the problem, estimated the repair time, worked efficiently and promptly, and even answered the frequent questions from my inquisitive six-year-old grandniece. Everyone's efforts on our behalf were greatly appreciated.

The Technician came to our Home. He determined the Problem right away. He have suggested replacement of the Garage Door Opener Unit. After installation was completed, Technician noticed that Garage Door itself was not functioning properly. He had all parts and tools to make repair. The whole job took les than two hours. My garage door spring broke. After searching yellow pages and internet I decided to give Precision a call since they had a 24 hour answering service. An appointment was set up for the next morning with Paul as the technician. Paul arrived on time (actually he was early), explained the options available for repairing the spring and other components that were worn. Garage door had been installed in 2001 and definitely in need of repair/service. After approval, Paul went about his job and finished in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and personable. Springs and other components were replaced and the door works like a charm. Before it would scream like a banshee when it opened or closed. I would definitely recommend Precision for your garage door issues.

Anthony came in new what he was doing and did it in a very timely manner. Very friendly ,courteous and knowledgeable. he did a nice job. Unfortunately, he was only here for 10 minutes and it cost 130.00. I should have checked for an estimate
