Your service representative was actually early for the appointment, which usually doesn't happen in today's society. He was courteous, informative, knowledgeable and very professional. If he were my employee I would be proud of him. Your company trucks had a very descriptive logo on it so there would be no question about who was pulling into my driveway. And I loved the fact that even before he came I received an e-mail for confirmation with the service employees pictures so I could identify who was coming for service. The BBB Rating is also a PLUS! Thank you for quick service and if we should need anything your company could supply we will definitely be contacting you.

We have used Precision Doors before, and we will use them again. We moved into a new house and had a very old and unsafe garage door system (lime green, probably from the late 70s). Precision Doors had someone out quickly (even over the July 4th holiday), the technician was friendly, and they replaced the entire system.

Precision door service resolved my door garage issues. HSA Home Warranty Insurance CO. Has sent 3 different Companies to resolve my issues instead resolved they made the issues bigger and I ended paying more money besides $75 they charge to come for the service.

One of the springs on our garage door broke. Anthony came out and replaced the springs and cables, etc. He was prompt, professional and very polite. He explained everything before starting the work and then spent some time with me when the work was done to go over everything and explain what needed to be greased and how often going forward. Precision always does a great job as was done today. However I was disappointed that your technician was not wearing a mask. I don't expect them to wear one while preforming work on garage door but do when greeting, entering the home, and interacting with customer.

Last week I ordered doors from the repair technician, later that same day I requested more information about the doors, perhaps I would like to upgrade my order. Add windows, color, etc.,as of this moment I haven’t received anything. If this is the service I’m receiving now, what can I expect once the doors are installed? How about you return my $1000 deposit and I’ll go shopping elsewhere!
