Paul & Greg, what a dynamic duo! Paul phoned about an hour prior to arrival. He confirmed my address and needs for a new opener. Exactly one hour later, Paul & Greg arrived. Just like Paul said he would. I was told installation would take an hour. Well, they underestimated they’re ability. Team work! It was about 30/40 minutes. New, Liftmaster 3/4 horse opener, & Key pad. Paul even programmed one button on my new remotes to sync with my wife’s, older Liftmaster opener. THAT is so very much appreciated! Not only exceptionally efficient, but personable too. My previous Liftmaster lasted for 24 years no problems. I know the new one will, too. Thanks to my friend Leslie M., for recommending PRECISION OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICE! I too, shall recommend them & Paul & Greg!

This is a fabulous organization with exceptional service. Anthony, the technician who came to my rescue, is awesome. Kind, quick, funny and totally professional. He did the original installation earlier this year, and when I had a minor problem recently, he was there in under an hour and resolved it immediately. The telephone receptionist who scheduled the repair visit was warm, professional and super-efficient. You should use these guys.

Bill Adamini called and arrived for the appt early which was good. Showed me the broken spring and worn cable wires. Told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Finished in 1/2 hour. Lubed everything, fixed a wire and I think he even changed a light bulb. Great work! Thanks

The primary reason for call was my remote garage opener wouldn’t work due to battery issues, unfortunately the technician didn’t have batteries on his truck to get it working. John Franks - my service technician was outstanding. Fixed my broken spring and replaced cables efficiently and with thorough explanations. Precision has good people and they stand behind their work. The garage opener they installed for me a couple of years ago was unfortunately fried by a power surge. They showed up promptly when I called and even discounted my service call to replace what had been broken. Very happy with the service!

Zoran Jovanovic had to order a bottom seal for my Wayne Dalton Garage door, he will order it for me and return to fix the bottom seal. I've had Zee here before and he is an excellent technician. My garage door will be repaired when he receives the part.

Bill was great. Fast, efficient, friendly and positive. It's the follow up work when everything went sour. First of all they use a live answering service. These people have not been trained on how to work with Precision's customers and they don't identify themselves as an answering service so when they treat a customer badly, one assumes they're talking directly with Precision. Second, I had to wait to get the door fixed which means I couldn't use my garage. Lastly, the owner, Jim Boland, who's name is on an email stating how important customers are, does not return calls and doesn't deal with customers, I'm told. When I called a different phone number I spoke to Nick who repaired most of the damage from the post repair call. All in all, I would use Precision again but only because of Bill and knowing now how to circumvent the answering service.
