Our garage door spring snapped around 6:00 on Saturday. We looked up Precision since they had fixed our door in the past and called around 7:00. To our surprise and delight we were able to make an appointment for the next morning. What exceptional customer service with doing repairs on a Sunday. I had work done to repair broken cables on each side of the door, and a broken spring. I also replaced the rollers and added a spring to the left side of my door, there was only one spring and it should have had two. I called at 7:45 on a Monday evening and Precision was able to have a technician/repairman at my house by 8:45 a.m the next morning (Would have been 8:00 without the bad weather). Zoran, the technician, completed a thorough inspection and explained why the parts had fail. He was able to complete the work in just over an hour and was able to arrive on time for work. I would definitely recommend Precision to others in need of garage door repair.

You guys came through for me again. I don't remember the tech's name but we was helpful, professional and called to see if he could come earlier than originally planned.
