My Service Tech, Bill Adamini was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He quickly fixed the problem (sticking door), and then discovered that the door motor was faulty (showing its age since being installed in the mid 1970's -- not long after the Brady Bunch was being aired in Prime Time), prompting its replacement. I would also like to give a shout out to Tasha, who answered my original call. She was gracious, helpful, and displayed a good sense of humor. Our garage door spring snapped around 6:00 on Saturday. We looked up Precision since they had fixed our door in the past and called around 7:00. To our surprise and delight we were able to make an appointment for the next morning. What exceptional customer service with doing repairs on a Sunday. I had work done to repair broken cables on each side of the door, and a broken spring. I also replaced the rollers and added a spring to the left side of my door, there was only one spring and it should have had two. I called at 7:45 on a Monday evening and Precision was able to have a technician/repairman at my house by 8:45 a.m the next morning (Would have been 8:00 without the bad weather). Zoran, the technician, completed a thorough inspection and explained why the parts had fail. He was able to complete the work in just over an hour and was able to arrive on time for work. I would definitely recommend Precision to others in need of garage door repair.
