On a Sunday morning, the spring on our garage door broke. Not a problem for a Sunday, but I had a doctor's appointment on Monday at 8:00 a.m. and, therefore, really needed the door fixed on Sunday. When I called, they gave me a window of 2 to 3 on Sunday afternoon. The tech called at 1:15 and said that, if it was okay with us, he was available then. He went through our various options. He fixed the spring and replaced the cables. He was knowledgeable, polite and did a great job.

GREAT service!! Inoperable garage door on a Saturday morning and couldn't find anyone to answer the phone. Made an appointment (between 4:00-6:00 PM) on-line; Al Fleming called half hour later and was at the house by 2:15. Took one look, diagnosed the problem and had everything running properly within another twenty minutes. Al was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with, and the service call/repair was reasonably priced. No doubt Precision will be the first call if we ever need help in the future.

Precision had someone out to address my garage door problems within a few hours. The job was done quickly, completely and now all is fine with the door. The technician was informative once the problem was diagnoses and he discussed the option and its cost without any pressure. He was efficient and polite. Now the door goes up and down on command! We are pleased with Precision Garage Door Service. Our door was damaged which cause the door not to open or close sometime. We call Precision Garage Door Service. Paul came to my home today to adjust a major gaps on both sides of the garage door letting in wind and snow in the winter and insects in the summer. Additionally, he performed a tune up on the garage door, and reprogrammed the keypad. Paul was personable and professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty! Garage door wouldn’t open. Saw the broken spring. Called Precision at 3:30p. Quick answer and spoke with a friendly and helpful woman in scheduling immediately. Quick scheduling, great communication, and received text and email confirming the appointment for between 4-6p same day (Sunday). By 415p, repair technician Paul arrived, who was punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the needed repair. Completed the work and testing in 30 mins. Walked me thru the repairs made and provided me some maintenance tips. Fully functional and repaired garage door. Very happy.

I have used Precision in the past. I was able to easily schedule a service appointment online and Nick showed up promptly a little after 10. (My appointment timeframe was between 10-12). Nick explained the issue and recommended I replace the springs and the rollers on the garage door as they were showing signs of wear. I decided to proceed with replacement of both and was given a two year warranty on the parts. I have dealt with other garage door companies in the past and there is no comparison as far as prompt and courteous service. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Overall, very happy with the experience with Precision Door. Service was very prompt (the technician was able to come out the same day i called) and the technician (Anthony) was very competent. Installed a new garage door opener and helped with the garage door trim. He also suggested installing new rollers on the garage door and this has made a significant difference in terms of the smoothness and sound with respect to the garage door opening. Would definitely recommend this company for your garage door issues.
