I had a new garage door installed in Feb. I am completely satisfied with the door and the whole installation process. When the weather got hot and humid the door made a loud screeching noise. I called Precision to see if they could pinpoint the problem. Paul arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled, listened to the noise, told me what it was, and fixed the problem ( a wheel rubbing against the track) within minutes. He wrote his report, said "no charge", wished me a good day, and went on his way. I can't say anything but wow! for that type of service. Thank you Precision Door!!!

Anthony did a great job! He took one look at our LED lamps in the garage and thought they might be the problem! When we changed them out to incandescent the garage door remote worked fine! Leave it to the professionals! Great job! He lubricated the doors hinges, reprogrammed my car and was done in about 20 minutes! Well done!

Technician checked everything on the door and told us that the noise we were hearing was the sections of the door sticking in the humidity and everything was good--the door was operating properly. He was very courteous and answered any questions we had.

Anthony showed up fifteen minutes early, was polite and got right to the job at hand. Within thirty seconds had the problem diagnosed and fixed. The fee was very reasonable and Anthony was on his way within fifteen minutes. It was a pleasure dealing with him. First off you had a person answering the phone not a machine. The woman I spoke with was helpful and set up an appointment for that day. The time was 2 to 4 but Al was in the area and knew he'd be driving by early so he called and asked to come earlier. Al was a true pro, he took care of my problem quickly and had the door working properly again. Time between my call and a repaired garage door was less than 2 hours, now that's service! Thanks!

I had a broken spring and my car was inside the garage. Precision Door was able to send me a technician within the hour. After discussing options on the door repair and issues with the actual opener, I decided to do both repairs. To my surprise, all parts were on his truck and I was up and running in a couple of hours with 2 new springs, Liftmaster opener, new keypad and new remotes. I was still able to keep my scheduled appointments without interuption. I would highly recommend and Precision will be my go to door repair call.

Tech John Franks was punctual, polite and obviously very knowledgeable. He quickly realized my issue was very minor yet he took the time to explain everything to me. He charged me only for the service call as he told me that was the only fair way to do it since he was at my hse for such a short time. I would gladly use and/or recommend Precision Door and John Franks again.

I chose your company because I had service previously and was very satisfied. Today I needed service, so I called you again. I got an appointment quickly. The service man, Al Fleming, was very professional, and fixed my problem right away. He explained what had happened to cause the problem. He also gave us an estimate for another garage door which we need. I will decide on the purchase after consideration. I will continue to call you when I need service. Thank you.

Good morning, To start the operator that answered my call to place an appointment was extremely nice and professional. Al my technician was very nice, polite and professional. I appreciate the call to let me know he was on his way to my home and was greeted with a good morning upon answering his call! I love that he arrived with a uniform and a work vehicle to assure me he was with the company and made me comfortable to give him my payment information. He answered all of my questions with confidence and professionalism. He gave me free quotes for a new door and motor. I am glad that I decided to go with this company for my garage door needs! He worked quickly and did not leave a mess. I highly recommend Precision.
