He charged me only for the service call as he told me that was the only fair way to do it since he was at my hse for such a short time. Precision had a tech out to my house within an hour. Zoran was very professional and polite. He explained everything that he would do to correct what was wrong as well as explained another issue unknown to me, how and why it happened and what would need to be done to fix it. No upsales. Good morning, To start the operator that answered my call to place an appointment was extremely nice and professional. Al my technician was very nice, polite and professional. I appreciate the call to let me know he was on his way to my home and was greeted with a good morning upon answering his call! I love that he arrived with a uniform and a work vehicle to assure me he was with the company and made me comfortable to give him my payment information. He answered all of my questions with confidence and professionalism. He gave me free quotes for a new door and motor. I am glad that I decided to go with this company for my garage door needs! Piece on my opener snapped. Came out next day on a Saturday. Installed a new unit quickly. Helped me out with a couple other aspects of the door and also helped to reprogram the openers built into our cars. Good service.

On May 26, 2021, i had SWEETHAVEN DOORS & MORE come out to fix my garage door. They charged me $200 and the door was still not fixed. I called PRECISION DOOR SERVICE and they came out on the same day that i called them, July 7. BILL ADAMINI, Certified Technician, came out and REALLY fixed my door. He was so professional. Our garage door wouldn't open. The technician came and the the inspection, and we knew that just for coming out and performing the inspection, it would cost $65. The technician explained to us that the total cost would be $800 to fix everything. We have a home warranty, and part of the warranty process is to call the home warranty and have the on-site technician speak to the representative, in order for the home warranty representative to determine if we (as homeowners) could be reimbursed for services rendered; this required the technician from Precision to speak to the home warranty representative, which took less than 3 minutes. After discussing what work needed to be done for our garage exactly, we (me & my partner) stepped away to discuss what to do. The technician actually started taking equipment/tools out of his van and was preparing to start work, but we had not given our permission or approval for him to start work. We decided to get a second opinion and when we told the technician, he got very hostile and upset that we even wanted a second opinion - almost that he took personal offense that we didn't trust him or his assessment of the situation. As he was becoming more unfriendly towards us by the minute, we just wanted him gone & out of our house. My partner settled the invoice quickly -- the technician failed to explain what (and how much) we were being charged for. Later that day, we received a copy of the invoice via email which had a spot for the homeowner to sign as their way of "approving" the work and amount charged. We never signed the invoice -- it was a slash mark made by the technician. The technician actually double charged us: $65 for the inspection and another $65 for "Labor - phone call with home warranty." As previously noted, the phone call lasted for less than 3minutes. Also, the phone call should be considered as part of the "inspection" fee -- since he simply explained what the issue was with our garage door. My partner called the 1800 number several times and was routed to the billing department. He left several messages and still has not received a follow-up call. I called and asked to speak to a manager. One was in a meeting, and I left my information for them to call me back. After a week of not hearing back, I called again, and spoke to a representative who conveyed my message to a manager. They said they would send us a check of $65 to refund the "labor" portion. It's been a few weeks and we still haven't received the refund check. Personally: I do not recommend this company. You have a right to a second opinion and companies should not overcharge you or bully you into using their services.

I was very pleased with the service. Reset the garage door opener and door functioned perfectly. No run-around, just check system and came up with the problem. Tech explained options. A must use Company !!!!!

I id not have an emergency and said no reason to come out right away, I just have a noisy door. They still gave me an appointment the very next day and for the time frame I requested. I love that they send you an email confirmation with the Tech's name that will be there and also provide their photo. Tech was on time as always, super friendly and knowledgeable. I trust Precision totally due to prior experiences with them and this was no different. Very very happy with the Tech Paul B and his recommendation. He worked so fast and the door is perfect now. Thanks for being a company I can trust to be professional and honest.

Bill was awesome, and right on time. Even called to let me know he was on his way. Service was super fast and efficient, he never tried to up sell me on parts I didn't need. He noticed a bad cable during his inspection and replaced it immediately. 5 year warranty on parts parts labor just can't be beat! Lifetime customer right here.
