First, I would like to apologize,thinking that it was your Company, that installed my old garage door opener, four years ago. My old garage door opener was much older. The Tech.,Repairer, who came to help, with the problem, I was having with my door opener,was very prompt, courteous' and dressed appropriate, for work.Once he saw what was happening with my door. His explanation was very clear, what I needed to do. SO,I purchased a New garage door opener. The Tech. were on point with the Installation and explaining to me as he processed thru the installation. I must say, I love my NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER. It is so much, QUIETER. Thank You.

After 2+ years of the light in my garage door opener not working, I finally had enough, and called Precision Door to come out for a service call. Bill Adamini showed up exactly when promised, and quickly resolved the issue. Great, fast service at a reasonable price. In addition, Bill said he will stop back out and replace the light socket, just to ensure that I have no future problems. To me, this is going the extra mile for the customer! Thank you!

Anthony Wise was the technician sent to repair my door. He called prior to appt and stated he could be there earlier then he was scheduled to. He advised me of what repairs was needed and fixed my door promptly. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly, I chose Precision because their sticker was on the garage door! They had provided services for the previous owner of my home. I was so pleased that, due to another customer's cancellation, they were able to provide service a day earlier than scheduled!! William was very professional. He explained what he would be doing, showed me the old parts and reviewed the invoice with me. Per my request, he also showed me how to open the door in the event of a power failure. I noticed that he did not drive away until I drove my car inside the garage and closed the door. I appreciate that! Thanks, William A. for the great service.

Anthony was friendly and efficient. He called to ask if it was OK to arrive a bit early (Yes!) Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and carefully explained the remedial options. Since my garage door opener was 18 years old, I decided on a new one rather than a repair. Anthony had a new unit in the truck and installed it. He then explained how it worked. Overall a pleasant experience and the opener is working well.

John, Was very pleasant and was very professional when inspecting my garage door to discover what was the issue. Always checked in with me before proceeding with any procedure to resolve the issue. At the close he presented to me options that were available to make this issue would not happen again. I appreciated this because he left it up to me to decide what to do...applied not sales pressure. When he informed me the garage door opener was not powerful enough for the wooden garage doors original to the house to left then I knew what I had to be done. When I replaced the garage door opener last year the company that installed it did not inform me of the power that was needed to raise the garage door. The service provide by Bill Adamini and Precision Door exceeded my high expectations. Bill arrived on time and after evaluating the condition of the old door opener offered options for a replacement. He completed the job promptly and professionally. The new opener is a vast upgrade from the replaced unit. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Precision, this time for a rental I own. The 1st was for my own home and I’ve been so happy with the job done I never considered another company even though the rental is in another city. They are quick to come, do a great job and Paul the service man was wonderful in explaining what needed to be done and the cost.
