We have used Precision Doors before, and we will use them again. We moved into a new house and had a very old and unsafe garage door system (lime green, probably from the late 70s). Precision Doors had someone out quickly (even over the July 4th holiday), the technician was friendly, and they replaced the entire system.

Precision always does a great job as was done today. However I was disappointed that your technician was not wearing a mask. I don't expect them to wear one while preforming work on garage door but do when greeting, entering the home, and interacting with customer.

Last week I ordered doors from the repair technician, later that same day I requested more information about the doors, perhaps I would like to upgrade my order. Add windows, color, etc.,as of this moment I haven’t received anything. If this is the service I’m receiving now, what can I expect once the doors are installed? How about you return my $1000 deposit and I’ll go shopping elsewhere!
