Wow!! I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with Precision/Cleveland Garage Doors! Our opener broke this morning, leaving us stranded with door half up! I called and was quoted a late morning service visit and a wonderful serviceman, John, actually got to my house earlier. He immediately saw the problem, explained everything clearly, and gave me options to fix the issue. He was very nice and worked quickly to install a new opener. John then explained everything that I need to know about operating it, etc. and I love this new opener! I cannot believe how quiet it is and we can access it from an app, plus a back up battery in case of a power outage. What a fabulous business. I am impressed with the superfast response time, the high quality opener and most of all, the superb service that John provided. I feel that this is a top-notch operation with highly skilled, honest, genuinely nice service people. Thank you to John for saving our day!

A roller on my garage door popped out of the track. Frank came out to fix it. He was prompt, thorough and friendly. Explained why and what he did to fix the roller/track then made sure the door functioned the way it was suppose to. Our garage door broke (spring) late Friday night 12-28-2018. I could not open it by hand. Called Saturday morning at about 9:45 am. By 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon the door was repaired. The technician that came out was John Gilles, we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. During our conversation, I had asked about garage door openers. When he gave me the paperwork for the work he did he also gave me information on the openers that Precision recommends and took the time to explain the difference between them. Door spring broke and the door shifted on a Saturday at 4:00PM, so I could not get cars out of garage. Called Precision because they were listed on the internet as open. I was able to schedule service for either Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and made repairs efficiently and effectively. I am extremely satisfied with their response and repair.
