What a great experience I just had with Bill Adamini of Precision Door Service. He clearly explained everything he was doing and he was very thorough. He also called 10 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. I also appreciated the safety checklist he performed on each door and he showed me everything very clearly on his IPad. Thanks, Bill, for your high level of professionalism. I also liked that I called on a Sunday and talked to a person and not an automated system.

The quality of service that we received was top-notch. Our tech was Bill Adamini. In addition to being well-skilled and knowledgeable he was polite and well-mannered, and made a real effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the work performed. He arrived well within the estimated timeframe and called about 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was coming. The service van was clean and orderly. I received an honest appraisal of the repairs needed and the work was done quickly and well. Our neighborhood publishes an annual list of recommended (and not recommended) service providers. I'll be happy to add Precision to our "recommended" list along with my name as the recommender.

Great website technician Bill was great and very knowledgeable. I had bought 2 new remotes and see if could help me program them. Bill did a great job, was prompt, friendly, and clear about the work needed. He did all this in -17 degree weather! Door works great. My only issue is I feel precision prices are a bit high, even with a warranty. But I feel they did a very quality job and were there quickly even in horrendous weather.

When arriving home yesterday, my garage door opened only part way and was ajar. I was looking on line for Genie to do repairs but then remembered recently receiving a new booklet from Angie's List and looked in there and found Precision.
