Had the springs in our garage door break on a Saturday afternoon during a nasty snow storm. I called Precision at 2:45PM and they had someone at my house by 5:30. The technician was extremely professional and did an excellent job working on my door. I would recommend them to anyone based upon this experience

I contacted Precision Overhead Door to check an intermitten issue I was having with the remotes. They came to my house the same afternoon, checked the system, fixed the non-working remote(s) and even set my garage door opening in my car (which gave me fits trying to set). The repair person was on time, curteous and very informative. A true pleasure to do business with!

Our garage door opener was malfunctioning and Bill Adamini diagnosed the problem with the sensors so he replaced them with updated units however, the limit switch was the other issue so he came back the next day and replaced the faulty unit. He was very professional and explained what he was doing through out the entire service call and even kept my son entertained by sharing with him one of his favorite hobbies which was frisbee golf. He also put in a keypad to make it easier for the kids to close the garage. We highly recommend Bill as a top notch technician and he has proven his technical savvy by installing a new unit he has never done before. Thanks again Bill for a job well done and hope to have you out on our next service call... But not too soon since we have had much success in the reliability of our unit.

The garage door stopped functioning on Saturday afternoon. We were amazed that we could receive service on Sunday afternoon. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled, diagnosed the problem and fully disclosed the repair and cost before beginning the work and completing the service. I especially liked the appointment confirmation that told us who the technician would be and provided a photo so we would recognize him when he arrived. I have used Precision Door in the past and will remain a loyal customer.

We called Prescision Door Service on wed and we had an appointment for Thursday between 8:00 & 11:00. The technician (Bill) called at 8:15 and said he would arrive in aout 20 minutes, 15 minutes later he was on the job. The installation of a new garage door opener went smoothly and we couldn't be happier. Bill explained everything throughly and was most helpful. Thank you for a job well done!

Very satisfied with Precision Door Service. When the spring on my garage door snapped on a Saturday night in January, in the middle of a fridgid Cleveland winter, tech Bill Adamini was at my house that Sunday afternoon (at no extra weekend charge). Bill's extensive door knowledge and descriptions of solutions quickly put me at ease. Within 20 minutes my door was fixed and my family was on the road again. Will use Precision in the future!
Thank you for your feedback Mike. No, we do not charge extra for weekends and holidays as other garage door service companies do. Generally, we can get to a customer within 24 hours. Our trucks are fully stocked, so we can fix the garage door immediately. Please share your experience with others.

Bill did a great job! He called and was able to come a little early after the last job and arrived promptly. He took the time to explain the situation, my options and answered all my questions. He replaced the rollers, chain drive gear, spring and put in a center bearing plate that was missing. He also took a quick look at my second garage door to let me know what I may want to address/maintenance in the near future. Very polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back out if I run into a problem again.
