Five stars! The repair man that was sent to me name was Anthony and he was on time, very knowledgeable, very nice, polite and quick. We kept our (6 ft) distance because of the Covid 19 at a high right now but he did not make me feel uncomfortable or anything like that. We still communicated from a safe distance when needed. I would most definitely recommend this company and this repairman if your undecided.

So happy with Precision Door! When I called for service, the rep was clear and took my information quickly. A tech was out to fix my garage door within a couple hours. I don’t always believe all the 5 star reviews on the internet but in this case I can assure you that it is true. I went from a broken 43 year old garage door opener to a brand new one in less than a hour and a half. Anthony was polite and explained my choices. He got to work quickly and took time to explain all of the features on my new opener. The new opener has amazing features (motion sensor light, battery backup, outside keypad and more) and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Wow! The technician, Anthony, showed up 5 minutes early and finished the job in less time than quoted. He diagnosed the problem quickly and installed new equipment without using high-pressure sales tactics before completing the repair. After two weeks, the new equipment is working as expected and the new opener is much more quiet than the previous unit. This is a fabulous organization with exceptional service. Anthony, the technician who came to my rescue, is awesome. Kind, quick, funny and totally professional. He did the original installation earlier this year, and when I had a minor problem recently, he was there in under an hour and resolved it immediately. The telephone receptionist who scheduled the repair visit was warm, professional and super-efficient. You should use these guys.

I called to set up an appointment for replacement of a broken spring at about 1:15 on 4/9. I was surprised that I was given an arrival time of between 3 & 5 pm the same day. Anthony Wise was my service technician and he arrived even a little earlier. He was extremely friendly, polite, neat, and efficient. He examined the garage door, noting that the cables were recently replaced. He did suggest replacing the rollers, which were 32 years old. No hard sell, just explained the need. Repairs were quickly completed. Very satisfied with the quick response and with the efficient service provided by Anthony.
