Our day started with a spring breaking on our garage door. We had used Precision in VA when we lived there so gave a call. Was able to get scheduled for same day. Tech called about an hour early and asked if it was ok to come early. Absolutely. The tech, Anthony, showed up and was done quickly. Very satisfied. Thank you

Precision door service resolved my door garage issues. HSA Home Warranty Insurance CO. Has sent 3 different Companies to resolve my issues instead resolved they made the issues bigger and I ended paying more money besides $75 they charge to come for the service.

One of the springs on our garage door broke. Anthony came out and replaced the springs and cables, etc. He was prompt, professional and very polite. He explained everything before starting the work and then spent some time with me when the work was done to go over everything and explain what needed to be greased and how often going forward. Very pleased with Precision and Anthony in particular.

Last week I ordered doors from the repair technician, later that same day I requested more information about the doors, perhaps I would like to upgrade my order. Add windows, color, etc.,as of this moment I haven’t received anything. If this is the service I’m receiving now, what can I expect once the doors are installed? I had the rubber seal replaced on my garage door in which a raccoon had chewed away the entire seal. The repair guy came and fixed it in no time. He explained why the rubber seal did not meet the ground on one side because the ground was not level, and that by the next day it should be ok. I was a little skeptical at first, but the next day it was fine???? thank you Precision.

I called to set up an appointment for replacement of a broken spring at about 1:15 on 4/9. I was surprised that I was given an arrival time of between 3 & 5 pm the same day. Anthony Wise was my service technician and he arrived even a little earlier. He was extremely friendly, polite, neat, and efficient. He examined the garage door, noting that the cables were recently replaced. He did suggest replacing the rollers, which were 32 years old. No hard sell, just explained the need. Repairs were quickly completed. Very satisfied with the quick response and with the efficient service provided by Anthony.

Five stars! The repair man that was sent to me name was Anthony and he was on time, very knowledgeable, very nice, polite and quick. We kept our (6 ft) distance because of the Covid 19 at a high right now but he did not make me feel uncomfortable or anything like that. We still communicated from a safe distance when needed. I would most definitely recommend this company and this repairman if your undecided.
