Anthony Wise was the technician sent to repair my door. He called prior to appt and stated he could be there earlier then he was scheduled to. He advised me of what repairs was needed and fixed my door promptly. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Anthony was friendly and efficient. He called to ask if it was OK to arrive a bit early (Yes!) Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and carefully explained the remedial options. Since my garage door opener was 18 years old, I decided on a new one rather than a repair. Anthony had a new unit in the truck and installed it. He then explained how it worked. Overall a pleasant experience and the opener is working well.

I very much appreciated the way your staff responded to our emergency from the moment that we contacted them. We scheduled our repair appointment quickly for the next afternoon (and changed the time period due to a last minute event). I've used Precision Door service on multiple occasions. When it came time to move into a new home, I didn't think twice about calling them to install a new garage door opener. When I made the appointment, I was given the name of the technician (Anthony Wise) and a window as to when I could expect him to arrive. I received a call from Anthony almost 1 hour earlier than the provided time with Anthony asking if it would be ok to come early. Naturally I said "yes". Anthony arrived, introduced himself and proceeded to tell me about the various garage door openers that could be installed, providing details as to the differences between the various models. I selected 8550 Liftmaster and Anthony was off and running. The work was done quickly and completely after which Anthony provided me an overview of the garage door opener's capabilities. When Anthony left, the garage was spotless and, other than the noticeable new garage door opener, you wouldn't have known that any work had just taken place. In short, Anthony was amazing. Precision Door Service - You have an incredible employee in Anthony! Rest assured, I won't hesitate in recommending Precision Door Service to family and friends.
