I love the 24/7 service. I called at 9:00pm and I had service at 8:00 am the next day. Anthony was on time called to let me know he was here. He give and explained all options good and bad. When I called Precision at 2:30pm, I got my appointment at 3Pm on the same day. Anthony Wise came over and replaced my garage door opener. The service is professional and he also helped me setting up the keypad entry, the garage opener on my car and IQ app. Very polite and easy to work with.

To be honest, we just Googled "Garage Door Repairs" and started calling around. When I brought up your site, I read nothing but GREAT reviews! My husband called you guys @ approximately 11 a.m. and set up an appt with Anthony between NOON and 2 p.m. - I posted a pic of our clock and a pic of the Precision van in our driveway and posted it on FaceBook. We were VERY impressed with that! First, that he could even come here TODAY and also that he called 5 min before noon and said he'd be here in 5 minutes and he was! at NOON! He was VERY personable and knowledgeable and very quick at getting the job done. He finished at 1:25 p.m. He had called Paul (another technician there) to bring some parts that he needed and he arrived within a very short time! What a nice guy he was, as well. We actually had a little "concert" going on out in the garage and we are BOTH great music lovers, so we were having a great time with them while the work was being done! Our day started out "not so good" and after all the laughter we shared with them and seeing the type of work they do and how efficient they were, they made our day! They're very talented at what they do! When Anthony was all done and ready to walk out the door, he looked down on the garage floor and said, "Oh wait a minute, there's a piece of tape on the floor" and he bent down and picked it up and threw it away! They left the garage just as it was before they arrived here. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for SURE! On top of that, as they were pulling out of the driveway, my phone rang and it was their supervisor Brad that lives in our subdivision and he was SO exceptionally nice and treated us well! We had NO idea he lived here when we set this appointment up, so it was meant to be! A big, huge THANK YOU to your entire company and to Anthony, Paul and Brad, as well. You have asked why we chose your company and the reason was because you could come here in a couple hours after we called you, but we are SO glad that it turned out that it was YOUR company! We'll definitely give your name to anyone needing your services! We no longer have the type of springs or rollers that were on our door (the Master Torque system) and had Anthony upgrade everything we needed to have the better springs and better rollers, etc. We loved that there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY, too. Yes, we also liked everything else you had on your website, (i.e.) the drug tested employees and the employee background checks, but the SAME DAY SERVICE (especially within hours) is what sold us on your company! :)

Anthony Wise was the technician sent to repair my door. He called prior to appt and stated he could be there earlier then he was scheduled to. He advised me of what repairs was needed and fixed my door promptly. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Anthony was friendly and efficient. He called to ask if it was OK to arrive a bit early (Yes!) Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and carefully explained the remedial options. Since my garage door opener was 18 years old, I decided on a new one rather than a repair. Anthony had a new unit in the truck and installed it. He then explained how it worked. Overall a pleasant experience and the opener is working well.

I very much appreciated the way your staff responded to our emergency from the moment that we contacted them. We scheduled our repair appointment quickly for the next afternoon (and changed the time period due to a last minute event). Anthony did a great job. He was polite and professional. He spotted our problem quickly and explained what needed to be fixed giving us a couple options. He made sure that I understood the whole process. He showed me the broken and worn parts that were replaced. He made sure that the door worked correctly before leaving. Very pleased with the whole process.
