5 stars and super service first from Zoran who explained the opener system that I had and why it wasn't working properly. I had a choice the to fix it or install a new system on the spot. I chose the new system but Zoran didn't have the proper opener in the truck and was coming back with it later. He got caught up on another job and asked Anthony to take his place. Anthony came and installed a new opener and controls in less than in hour. He then explained exactly how it worked. Both men were friendly and courteous. Their explanations of the system and its workings were clear and understandable. Precision Door deserves all the accolades it receives. I will happily use it again and recommend it.

I looked you up in the yellow pages when the company i used before could not get some to me as the advertisement promised. I office sales person explained what the technician would do upon arrival. Anthony did exactly what she said and explained what my other options were and the cost of each. He did and excellent job (5 stars) and completed the work within an hour. He also changed the code on my outside lock as well as hooking up my care remote. GREAT TIMELY SERVICE.

I had bought a Groupon deal for new rollers, garage door inspection, and a keyless remote pad to be installed. The whole process was amazing I had called precision after getting my voucher and the friendly receptionist got me scheduled earlier than I was expecting. I immediately got a email confirmation with my technicians name and biography. When Anthony arrived he looked at my door and asked what my concerns were if any. He explained to me why my belt on my opener was sagging after closing the door. He explained to me that my door was out of balance and my springs were showing signs of fatigue. He thoroughly explained what could be done and a few options to get the door back to optimal operation. I decided on a door rebuild and got a small discount since I had already paid for some of the labor costs. Anthony was very polite and professional, he never tried to push any of the services he explained. He got the job done in bout an hour and the door works better then ever. Will be using precision in the future when I need more maintenance done.

Anthony did a great job. He was polite and professional. He spotted our problem quickly and explained what needed to be fixed giving us a couple options. To be honest, we just Googled "Garage Door Repairs" and started calling around. When I brought up your site, I read nothing but GREAT reviews! My husband called you guys @ approximately 11 a.m. and set up an appt with Anthony between NOON and 2 p.m. - I posted a pic of our clock and a pic of the Precision van in our driveway and posted it on FaceBook. We were VERY impressed with that! First, that he could even come here TODAY and also that he called 5 min before noon and said he'd be here in 5 minutes and he was! at NOON! He was VERY personable and knowledgeable and very quick at getting the job done. He finished at 1:25 p.m. He had called Paul (another technician there) to bring some parts that he needed and he arrived within a very short time! What a nice guy he was, as well. We actually had a little "concert" going on out in the garage and we are BOTH great music lovers, so we were having a great time with them while the work was being done! Our day started out "not so good" and after all the laughter we shared with them and seeing the type of work they do and how efficient they were, they made our day! They're very talented at what they do! When Anthony was all done and ready to walk out the door, he looked down on the garage floor and said, "Oh wait a minute, there's a piece of tape on the floor" and he bent down and picked it up and threw it away! They left the garage just as it was before they arrived here. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for SURE! On top of that, as they were pulling out of the driveway, my phone rang and it was their supervisor Brad that lives in our subdivision and he was SO exceptionally nice and treated us well! We had NO idea he lived here when we set this appointment up, so it was meant to be! A big, huge THANK YOU to your entire company and to Anthony, Paul and Brad, as well. You have asked why we chose your company and the reason was because you could come here in a couple hours after we called you, but we are SO glad that it turned out that it was YOUR company! We'll definitely give your name to anyone needing your services! We no longer have the type of springs or rollers that were on our door (the Master Torque system) and had Anthony upgrade everything we needed to have the better springs and better rollers, etc. We loved that there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY, too. Yes, we also liked everything else you had on your website, (i.e.) the drug tested employees and the employee background checks, but the SAME DAY SERVICE (especially within hours) is what sold us on your company! :)

I called them in the morning to ask about coming out to look at my opener. They were very clear as to how they charge for these type services and I was happy to hear they could come out that afternoon! They were very careful to make sure my contact information was correct and, as promised, the tech called when he was on the way and arrived right on time! Work was clearly explained and promptly and professionally done.
