The first thing I liked about your company was being able to speak to a live person rather than the "leave a message and someone will call you back" option 5 on a phone menu. Zoran did a complete inspection of my door and opener and made sure I understood what was OK, needed repair, or replacing. He was very personable, arrived in the scheduled time interval, called shortly prior to arrival time and quickly had my door operational. Your commitment to customer service and actually providing that service was greatly appreciated.

We have an attached garage and the overhead door was stopped and stuck in a half open position. Using the yellow pages, I called two other companies first and was told they couldn't come out until the next day. Your ad stated 24/7 service and was confirmed by the girl answering the phone at 4:00 P.M Your installer Z arrived about 5:00. The motor on the opener was burned out and needed replacing. We were not familiar with your product or company but when Z talked about it in depth, we were impressed. He installed Lift Master Opener in an hour and a half but spent much more time patiently explaining everything he thought we needed to know. He was a good representative for your company; knowledgeable, polite and didn't rush us into a decision.

I am so glad we had Precision fix my garage door. The cables, the rollers, the springs all had to be replaced. Some additional work had to be done as well. The door was in very poor shape before Zoran worked on it. Zoran, the service technician was great. He was very efficient, professional and polite. He did a really good job and I am very grateful. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on a garage door. I am very pleased. On a scale of one to five(five being the highest) they get a six.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I had a respectful and informative technician, Zoran Jovanovic. I certainly needed new springs; but after further assessment, I needed additional work (all the original parts were showing significant wear and potential problems). It was all explained very clearly with pros and cons. The excellent part was that I did not feel pressure to have the additional work completed. Because it was not needed to be done for imminent safety, he let me make the decision without pressure. I will recommend this company.

Zoran was very professional and friendly and did the work in a timely fashion. He did explain what he recommended doing before starting his work. We had to replace more parts on the Garage door that were bad due to age and use. It was good to have the added advice on replacing such parts. He explained what he had done afterwards as well. I had just had my garage door rebuilt by Zoran Jovanovic. At the time, he told me that my motor might die sometime this year. He never tried to oversell. I preferred to wait, and my motor died two weeks later. Again, Zoran never tried to sell me the most expensive option, but gave me all of my options. He installed it and I would never believe something could be so quiet. I am so impressed with Precision both for the quality of product and for the quality of service people they hire. Zoran is courteous, thorough and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone!

I needed someone to repair my garage door because it wouldn't come down. I got the name of your company from Angie's list. I needed the repair done right away because I couldn't secure my garage. When I called I was able to get an appointment that same day. The technician was courteous and prompt. He analyzed the situation and discovered that the sensors was not working. I love the way my garage door operates now. It raises and lowers so quietly and smoothly that I have to look back to see if it is working. After the technician (Zoran) inspected the door he explained what was good and what was bad. Then he fixed it. My only regret is that I didn't call Precision first. the first two garage door repair businesses immediately refused me because of my location or because (sound of voice) just didn't want to be bothered.
