I was EXTREMELY impressed with all aspects of your companyâ?¦from the time I made the call and talked with the secretary to the same-day completion of the project! The repair was done by Zoran Jovanovic. He checked all points and then explained all options to me thoroughly. After I agreed to all of his suggestions, he completed the entire task within a two-hour span and removed all excess material. Z, our technician was absolutely the BEST! He did a thorough examination of our garage door with all of its issues, including the fact it was 30 years old, and gave us an honest, conservative estimate of what we could do to make it safe, run smoothly, not sound like a freight train and provide security. No sooner than I had sent an email to Precision describing the problem with the overhead door, I received a helpful phone call and a next day appointment. Mr. Jovanovic called ahead as promised. He examined and then described in lay terms the root causes of the malfunction. In detail, he described options with sufficient information to enable the level of work I thought I could afford. When I asked, Zoran explained what he would do if it were his home and why. I had to leave but we arranged a time for my return so he could show what was done and explain programming the remote. Am grateful, and I would heartily recommend this company and Mr. Jovanovic.

Five stars all across the board. Technician explained and showed problems. Confident in his judgement. WE had a hardware change out- rollers, broken springs, cables. Came within hours of calling on a holiday weekend with no extra charge. Wow! Fast and reasonable. Definetly would recommend and get again. Felt company and tech was reliable and safe. Zoran was local which we really liked as opposed to getting someone out of the area which can make us uncomfortable.

The first thing I liked about your company was being able to speak to a live person rather than the "leave a message and someone will call you back" option 5 on a phone menu. Zoran did a complete inspection of my door and opener and made sure I understood what was OK, needed repair, or replacing. He was very personable, arrived in the scheduled time interval, called shortly prior to arrival time and quickly had my door operational. Your commitment to customer service and actually providing that service was greatly appreciated.

We have an attached garage and the overhead door was stopped and stuck in a half open position. Using the yellow pages, I called two other companies first and was told they couldn't come out until the next day. Your ad stated 24/7 service and was confirmed by the girl answering the phone at 4:00 P.M Your installer Z arrived about 5:00. The motor on the opener was burned out and needed replacing. We were not familiar with your product or company but when Z talked about it in depth, we were impressed. He installed Lift Master Opener in an hour and a half but spent much more time patiently explaining everything he thought we needed to know. He was a good representative for your company; knowledgeable, polite and didn't rush us into a decision.

I am so glad we had Precision fix my garage door. The cables, the rollers, the springs all had to be replaced. Some additional work had to be done as well. The door was in very poor shape before Zoran worked on it. Zoran, the service technician was great. He was very efficient, professional and polite. He did a really good job and I am very grateful.
