5 Star Service Pros: Fast response - Called at 3pm on a Saturday and they were in the driveway at 4:30. Knowledgeable - Explained the problem, mechanics, engineering in total detail Offered options - good better best Excellent warranty Exceptional quality parts Remove the old stuff and packaging CONS Not Cheap but you get what you pay for The new opener is ten times quieter than the old one. The springs were properly sized to the door and the rollers actually roll and look like they are engineered to last.

Another nice touch was email confirmation of the service call along with a picture of the technician that would be doing the service - so that I would know who to look for. I was quite surprised to make a call for an appmt & the technician came 30 minutes later. Zoran was professional, explained all my options in full details without any pressure to purchase any particular product(s). We experienced a broken spring which locked our door in the close position. The service time was set for the same day and the service tech was actually early. He explained the company's process and parts in some detail before starting to work. An hour later the door was opens and closing like a new installation. Good job!

Communications was first rate and my technician, Zoran, was absolutely professional. He arrived on time (a bit early actually), had called before, and completed repairs in the amount of time he stated it would take.
