I was quite surprised to make a call for an appmt & the technician came 30 minutes later. Zoran was professional, explained all my options in full details without any pressure to purchase any particular product(s). This was the first time we had our doors professionally serviced in the 14 yrs both garage doors have been installed. Efficient and no mess left for me to clean up which was great. We experienced a broken spring which locked our door in the close position. The service time was set for the same day and the service tech was actually early. He explained the company's process and parts in some detail before starting to work. An hour later the door was opens and closing like a new installation. Good job!

Communications was first rate and my technician, Zoran, was absolutely professional. He arrived on time (a bit early actually), had called before, and completed repairs in the amount of time he stated it would take. I stayed out in the garage as he worked and he told me a lot of things about the doors and maintenance tips. No sooner than I had sent an email to Precision describing the problem with the overhead door, I received a helpful phone call and a next day appointment. Mr. Jovanovic called ahead as promised. He examined and then described in lay terms the root causes of the malfunction. In detail, he described options with sufficient information to enable the level of work I thought I could afford. When I asked, Zoran explained what he would do if it were his home and why. I had to leave but we arranged a time for my return so he could show what was done and explain programming the remote. Am grateful, and I would heartily recommend this company and Mr. Jovanovic.

Five stars all across the board. Technician explained and showed problems. Confident in his judgement. WE had a hardware change out- rollers, broken springs, cables. Came within hours of calling on a holiday weekend with no extra charge. Wow! Fast and reasonable. Definetly would recommend and get again. Felt company and tech was reliable and safe. Zoran was local which we really liked as opposed to getting someone out of the area which can make us uncomfortable.

We purchased a garage door tune up and roller replacement through Angie's List. Precision Overhead Door was great -- scheduling was a breeze and I was offered very prompt service. Another nice touch was email confirmation of the service call along with a picture of the technician that would be doing the service - so that I would know who to look for. Anthony was our technician and he was very courteous, competent, efficient and honest. We will certainly use Precision for our future garage door needs. Thank you for the great service.
