I was heading out Sunday morning, and found the garage door spring had broken (boy what a boom it made!). Called Precision and was given a arrival time of 4 to 6 p.m. that day. Instead the serviceman called soon after. The spring was replaced one hour later! This is the second time I've had work done by Precision. They've been responsive, effective and results have been good. Thank you Anthony!!

The serviceman arrived on time and quickly identified the issue. He fixed it and oiled the mechanism so it ran smoother and quieter. On Friday one of may garaged door springs broke so Saturday morning I called Precision Door for an estimate to repair the broken spring. When I spoke with a call center representative on Saturday morning, I was told that a repair could be done that day and there would be no weekend extra fee only a $65 fee which would be removed if I had the repair done. The service technician, Paul Broschk, examined the door and told me that in addition to a broken spring, there were other items that needed to be replaced. Paul performed the repair work in a very timely and professional manner and after the repairs were completed he explained in detail the repair work that was done. The garage door now operates like new. Paul conducts himself in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner and provided me a valuable customer service.

On Tuesday, I called the office asking for a service call appointment to repair loud noises when our garage door opens and closes. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get an appointment the next day or the following day between 8-10 AM. I chose the Thursday. The serviceman, Bill, called at 8:00 AM to let us know he was on the way. At first he had a hard time diagnosing the problem, but he continued to investigate all options and finally identified the problem. He fixed the problem and before leaving he explained the several steps he took to fix the problem. We also appreciated the fact that Bill offered a few suggestions that we could do to keep the noise from returning. Bill was pleasant and thorough and we really appreciated his dedication to figuring out the problem and fixing it. We are very satisfied and pleased with Bill and the work he performed for us. This service call definitely met our expectations. Thank you!

We had Bill come out and replace a broken door spring at our new house. Turns out the spring was so old he would have to replace the whole thing since they aren't made that way anymore. He provided me with more than enough information about how it's outdated and how the new springs work along with an estimate on just a whole new door. I just got the springs replaced this time, but if anything ever happens again you bet I'll be calling Bill and Precision Garage door again.

I called Precision Door to get an estimate on replacing my garage door opener. I needed the whole shebang, motor, remotes, keypad, etc. The tech came out, explained all my options, and when I asked about scheduling, said he could do it on the spot. I was super excited since I was starting a new job and trying to cram in a bunch of home projects, so it saved me a ton of hassle. Bill was super nice, easy to talk to and understand, and just flat out a pleasure to work with. I would recommend these guys 100% to anyone.

I have used Precision in the past and was very much satisfied. Paul the technician was polite and helpful. My only disappointment was I only needed two light bulbs, and a battery. Expensive light bulbs and battery because of service charge my fault. I would call upon them again if needed.

Rick listened to me describe what happened to my garage door opener and knew immediately what was wrong with it and ultimately it needed to be replaced after 24 years of service. Rick gave me my options and I chose the $699 option and so glad I did due to safety switches, battery back up, two remotes, outside the garage door mounted opener, etc. Rick went right to work removing the old, installing the new and a couple hours later was good to go. Rick was friendly, professional and definitely knows his garage doors. I’ll have them for them back for the garage door upgrade soon. Thank you!!!

We were in the process of moving into our new home the 2nd week of November and realized our first night there that the garage door was broken...we were unable to fully lower it and called Precision that same evening. Anthony arrived first thing the following morning and informed us of the damage and that we'd need to replace the door. He was friendly, informative and efficient. He fixed our existing set-up so we could at least fully close the existing door (manually) while we wait for a new door, which will take several weeks to arrive due to a backlogged supply chain. Once our new door is installed, I will provide an update to this review. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Cleveland!
