Anthony replaced our very old garage door opener today and we are very pleased with the service we received from Precision Door and Anthony. We were able to get a next day appointment when our old equipment stopped working, Anthony called before he got here (earlier than expected), and was here for under 2 hours. In that time he installed the new door, did some basic programming, set up an extra remote for us and verified that I understood the operation. He was very coginzant of COVID precautions, wore his mask the entire time, and maintained distancing. We're very happy with the service we received.

Zoran was great. Felt he was very honest and knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with. Also appreciated that he would come out on a Sunday! The door was unfixable as we kind of figured. Now just a matter of choosing style etc. So far so good! ????

We called and got an appointment the next day. We got the call and John was on his way at exactly the time frame we were told. We talked about what we wanted and he had everything with him and so we got the new opener in about an hour and a half or so! John was a pleasure, professional and a kind, friendly guy! If we ever need this service again we will definitely call Precision and John! Thanks Judy Hoover/Dennis Kray

Our garage door broke. We called & was given a time range for a service tech to arrive same day. Our tech, Paul, arrived & provided a clear & detailed explanation of our issue & choices to remedy it. The work was completed in the indicated time frame. Paul showed us all of the repairs he made. He was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. We would not hesitate to recommend Precision to any of our family, friends & neighbors.

Your technician Bill came out to replace a broken garage spring a year or two ago. His work ethic was impressive so when I needed to replace the door opener I requested him again. I was once again impressed with his work. I would only recommend him and Precision Door for any of that kind of work. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful service. Technician was very capable. Offered some options on what they could do. Also, suggested some additional improvements to my system, but was not overbearing in trying to sell me extras. I was very pleased with the work he did. Definitely recommend them.

Our experience was excellent. First making the appointment was quick (with polite people). Then, during the appointment, we were given options and knowledge and time to make our own decisions. Nothing was pushed on us. Anthony was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient! A Google search showed us the company had great reviews and then the company sent out bios on their employees with all this detail. We were happy that they weren’t random people because we have been burned many times in the past. It felt like someone had our back and not there to just to nickel and dime us.

I was extremely pleased with the service from Precision. They fit me in right away. The Technician called ahead of time to let me know he was coming and he was very polite and professional. It turned out that the garage door was the problem not the opener. the Tech gave me a clear summary of the problem and gave me a couple of choices as to how to remedy the problem. Z was the person that fixed the door. I will recommend the company to anyone that asks and plan to use them again.

I was heading out Sunday morning, and found the garage door spring had broken (boy what a boom it made!). Called Precision and was given a arrival time of 4 to 6 p.m. that day. Instead the serviceman called soon after. The spring was replaced one hour later! This is the second time I've had work done by Precision. They've been responsive, effective and results have been good. Thank you Anthony!!

My wife and I were very happy with the Techician (Paul) who came to our house today to estimate the cost of a replacement garage door. He was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. We were surprised and delighted there was no 'hard sell' at the end of our meeting. I'm fairly certain we'll be buying from Precision Door.
