An actual person answered the phone at 10 PM on a Saturday night! And they were able to schedule someone out for first thing on Monday morning. We used them before to replace our garage door opener. This time we weren't as lucky....time to replace the door. Paul, our technician, did all he could but it was more cost-effective to go with a new door (our current one is from the 1960s!). While I hate that we are going to have to wait a couple months until the door will be available, I am happy with the service we received and the up-front pricing on a new door.

Mr. Boland, your repairman, Greg, arrived ahead of appointment time. He assessed the problem and tested the operator, the sensors and the remotes. Problem is from the several power outages in this area that prevented the operator from lowering the door. Greg was very professional and friendly explaining the problem. We called Precision at 7:15 am because we were unable to open our garage door due to a broken spring. Our technician Greg Carden was scheduled to arrive at 4 but came early. Because 2 cars were stuck in the garage, Greg had little room to work, but he was able to complete the job quickly and very efficiently.
