Bill was friendly, and advised what happened to cause the issue with my garage door. He also explained what he was going to do to resolve and repair the issue. When asked how to maintain my garage door, Bill provided information on what to use to keep the working parts in good working order, and how often. Bill provided great service!

We were in the process of moving into our new home the 2nd week of November and realized our first night there that the garage door was broken...we were unable to fully lower it and called Precision that same evening. Anthony arrived first thing the following morning and informed us of the damage and that we'd need to replace the door. He was friendly, informative and efficient. He fixed our existing set-up so we could at least fully close the existing door (manually) while we wait for a new door, which will take several weeks to arrive due to a backlogged supply chain. Once our new door is installed, I will provide an update to this review. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Cleveland!

An actual person answered the phone at 10 PM on a Saturday night! And they were able to schedule someone out for first thing on Monday morning. We used them before to replace our garage door opener. This time we weren't as lucky....time to replace the door. Paul, our technician, did all he could but it was more cost-effective to go with a new door (our current one is from the 1960s!). While I hate that we are going to have to wait a couple months until the door will be available, I am happy with the service we received and the up-front pricing on a new door.

Bill was thorough and very helpful. At his suggestion, I replaced the surge protector for the opener, and will monitor it to see if resolves the problem. If that resolve it, Bill already has a plan to address it. Thank you for your response. Great company, great service.

Mr. Boland, your repairman, Greg, arrived ahead of appointment time. He assessed the problem and tested the operator, the sensors and the remotes. Problem is from the several power outages in this area that prevented the operator from lowering the door. Greg was very professional and friendly explaining the problem. My next call will be to First Energy and our councilman. valeriekudlak16@gmail.com

We called Precision at 7:15 am because we were unable to open our garage door due to a broken spring. Our technician Greg Carden was scheduled to arrive at 4 but came early. Because 2 cars were stuck in the garage, Greg had little room to work, but he was able to complete the job quickly and very efficiently. We are grateful for the prompt and professional service we received. Thanks Greg!
