IT'S SO VERY BEAUTIFUL. THE NEIGHBORS LOVE THE LOOK OF THE DOOR. HE INSTALLED BEAUTIFUL HANDLES THAT HE BROUGH OUT TO INSTALL, THAT WERE BETTER THAN THE HANDLES I ORDERED. Very pleased with the quick appointment time. Techs are very knowledgeable and courteous. This is the third time (3 different houses) that I have used them. I would highly recommend them for any garage door issues. They point out any worn down or ready to break parts, but do not pressure you to have them fixed on the spot. Very thorough job. The only company I will every use for garage door problems.

We moved into our new home only to discover the previous owners had left us no working garage door openers. John came out the next day and got us set up with two working remotes and programmed my husband’s car, too. While he was here, he also inspected the system and noted the door had been backed into a few times and that was why it made so much noise. Although he did sell us the necessary door replacement, he also pointed out the motor was still in good condition. I appreciated his honesty. I would not have been the wiser. He also reminded me to check the home owners association architectural standards. Good thing he did because the first one I had picked out would not have been accepted.

Called about a garage door opener repair and ended up getting a new install (it was needed). The product is fantastic and my technician was super knowledgeable and friendly! I gave his card to my parents as the are shopping for a new garage door. They will be calling soon. Great job guys, I’m super impressed!

John my technician was EXCELLENT. His professionalism, timeliness and willingness to answer EVERY question was refreshing. I appreciated the fact that I called around 8PM the night before and my tech showed up the next day 90 minutes early which was also helpful. I'm recommending PDS to everyone I know that needs their services.
