At no time was there high pressure to do anything but the least to put the door back into operation. Bottom line we got a new opener with limits and two door spring. He left the garage clean . I had called Precision Door several years ago to fix a broken door spring. Bill Adamini was the tech, and he reviewed the situation, offered some options, and I elected to convert to a torsion system. Bill had everything needed on his truck, and completed the work in excellent fashion. So when I needed to replace the garage door opener, I called Precision again. I was pleased that Bill was assigned as the tech again. Today Bill arrived somewhat early (after calling), completed install rapidly and did his usual excellent job. Cleaned up all extraneous parts and materials and took away all packaging, old unit, everything not needed. New unit is very quiet, and has operated flawlessly to this point.

Anthony replaced our very old garage door opener today and we are very pleased with the service we received from Precision Door and Anthony. We were able to get a next day appointment when our old equipment stopped working, Anthony called before he got here (earlier than expected), and was here for under 2 hours. In that time he installed the new door, did some basic programming, set up an extra remote for us and verified that I understood the operation. He was very coginzant of COVID precautions, wore his mask the entire time, and maintained distancing. We're very happy with the service we received.
