John was the technician who came to the house to fix a broken spring. He called before arrival, and showed up exactly when he told me he was going to be here. He diagnosed the problem and inspected all the mechanics of the door. He quoted me the exact price, and repaired the broken equipment. I was emailed the invoice, and John was on his way. The repair was handled efficiently and professionally. I would recommend this company for any and all garage needs.

For the first time in over 20 years our garage door sits level with no gaps to let in rain water. We've had tune ups from other companies and this issue was never addressed. The technician replaced all of the rollers, oiled areas, adjusted the tension on the springs - AND - taught my husband what to do ongoing to keep it this great. He replaced just one spring and there was no pressure to do any expensive upgrades like we've had from other companies. His work was so good we can't even hear the door go up and down. I highly recommend this company.

Our door malfunctioned in the evening, essentially trapping one of our vehicles. We called a competitor who was unwilling to schedule an appointment because we weren’t a commercial/business account. We found Precision on the internet and, based on the reviews, called them. It was after 6pm. They answered! From the lady on the phone forward, the service was impeccable. Paul arrived as scheduled the next morning and fixed our garage door in under two hours. They exceeded my expectations, a rare occurrence these days!

Oh my gosh. Bill was amazing! He immediately recognized the springs on the door were from Precision many, many years ago. Since the springs are lifetime warranty, he replaced BOTH SPRINGS for just a service charge! Bill sat with my sister and her aide until I got there. They liked Bill so much they wanted me to break a spring to get him back! LOL!

We call Precision at 8 pm on Thursday and Al was able to be at our house by 10:30 am Friday. Al was fantastic. He called to let us know he was on his way, arrived when he said he would. He was quick and efficient. He replaced our cables, springs, rollers, got the door back on the tracks all within an hour. The cost was resonable. Thank you Al and Precision!

Precision Garage door did some work for me back in 2011(cables and pullys for my small attached garage door), in 2021 to install a new garage door lift on the main door and again today, April 15th to replace the spring on my main door. As you can see, I keep coming back--why? Because their products are great, but the customer service is outstanding! Thanks to all at Precision for the great service!!!

Technician was very good and appointment was made quickly. Unfortunately the price was rather extreme. Cost was $360 for a job that took 45 minutes and the only part needed was a $90 track. $270 for labor for a 45 minute job, which comes out to an hourly rate of $360 is just crazy. It's a shame because the job was done well but at that cost I'll have to look elsewhere next time.

The technician was able to come by earlier than scheduled. The door repair was done quickly. The estimate was spot on and Anthony could not have been more cordial and helpful. As my car was parked in the garage behind the door with the broken spring, it was tricky. But Anthony directed me in inching up of the vehicle and he was finished in minutes.
