My experience is frustrating based on the fact when I called for a Service Call Estimate I was quoted a very reasonable fee, which I inquired further are their any other fees? The C/S responded with "just a fee" for repair and again I felt it to be reasonable. The technician was very professional, courteous and informative. However, my issue was/is that my garage door occasionally would open for no reason at anytime. The recommended solution was to reprogram my door opener and remote noting he is not 100% positive this would solve the issue. Yet charged me an additional $64,00 for 20 min of time. I had a coupon for $20.00, which he rejected. Problem is not fixed yet.

Our technician (Al Fleming) was very professional, extremely polite, very courteous, and quite knowledgable. We really appreciate the prompt service, too. We called last evening and were up and running this morning. You could not ask for better service. We will definitely call again if we run into other issues and when we begin shopping for a replacement, we will be giving Precision as call! But hopefully that will not be for quite awhile! LOL

We are very happy with our new door and garage opener. We had an old door (the original garage door was installed sometime around 1949). After several years experiencing problems with the garage door opener and the old door we decided it was time to change both. The Precision employee who came to see the door was very helpful in selecting the right door for the house.

Good Day, Very unhappy with your quoting process for garage door openers. I informed the representative who placed the order that the garage had 2 single doors. The representative only quoted 1 garage door opener, including 2 remotes, battery backup and keypad & tech visit charge. Imagine our surprise when the tech showed up to install and he said we needed 2 garage door openers. Apparently, one garage opener can not open 2 single garage doors, which makes sense, but I was never informed of that information from the representative who provided me the quote. As a result and based on the quote the representative provided on the phone, we downgraded from 1 belt driven opener to 2 chain garage door openers. Very misleading and a huge disappointment. Our company will not recommend nor do business with you guys again.

Quickly set up an appointment online via chat. Tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Tech Al was able to quickly pinpoint all of the adjustment issues with an old garage door that has been out of whack and troublesome for years. Quickly reset the door and springs, straightened everything out, adjusted the tension setting on the opener, and everything now operates nice and smooth. Don't know how how much more life is left on the ancient springs, but I do know if I need further service, Precision will get the call. Great service, reasonable price, would recommend to anybody. Our repairman arrived on time and was very courteous. He identified the problem quickly. Within a half hour he had the problem corrected with replacement parts. He left the area clean and tested the garage door operation multiple times before leaving. Very professional and timely. We were grateful and would recommend them.

Service performed as promised and Paul even cleaned the garage floor. Price was fair and included a generous package discount for preventative work that I authorized. I had a new garage door installed in Feb. I am completely satisfied with the door and the whole installation process. When the weather got hot and humid the door made a loud screeching noise. I called Precision to see if they could pinpoint the problem. Paul arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled, listened to the noise, told me what it was, and fixed the problem ( a wheel rubbing against the track) within minutes. He wrote his report, said "no charge", wished me a good day, and went on his way. I can't say anything but wow! for that type of service. Thank you Precision Door!!!

Anthony did a great job! He took one look at our LED lamps in the garage and thought they might be the problem! When we changed them out to incandescent the garage door remote worked fine! Leave it to the professionals! Great job! He lubricated the doors hinges, reprogrammed my car and was done in about 20 minutes! Well done!
