Anthony replaced our very old garage door opener today and we are very pleased with the service we received from Precision Door and Anthony. We were able to get a next day appointment when our old equipment stopped working, Anthony called before he got here (earlier than expected), and was here for under 2 hours. In that time he installed the new door, did some basic programming, set up an extra remote for us and verified that I understood the operation. He was very coginzant of COVID precautions, wore his mask the entire time, and maintained distancing. We're very happy with the service we received.

We called and got an appointment the next day. We got the call and John was on his way at exactly the time frame we were told. We talked about what we wanted and he had everything with him and so we got the new opener in about an hour and a half or so! John was a pleasure, professional and a kind, friendly guy! Our experience was excellent. First making the appointment was quick (with polite people). Then, during the appointment, we were given options and knowledge and time to make our own decisions. Nothing was pushed on us. Anthony was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient! A Google search showed us the company had great reviews and then the company sent out bios on their employees with all this detail. We were happy that they weren’t random people because we have been burned many times in the past. It felt like someone had our back and not there to just to nickel and dime us.

I was extremely pleased with the service from Precision. They fit me in right away. The Technician called ahead of time to let me know he was coming and he was very polite and professional. It turned out that the garage door was the problem not the opener. the Tech gave me a clear summary of the problem and gave me a couple of choices as to how to remedy the problem. I was heading out Sunday morning, and found the garage door spring had broken (boy what a boom it made!). Called Precision and was given a arrival time of 4 to 6 p.m. that day. Instead the serviceman called soon after. The spring was replaced one hour later! This is the second time I've had work done by Precision. On Friday one of may garaged door springs broke so Saturday morning I called Precision Door for an estimate to repair the broken spring. When I spoke with a call center representative on Saturday morning, I was told that a repair could be done that day and there would be no weekend extra fee only a $65 fee which would be removed if I had the repair done. The service technician, Paul Broschk, examined the door and told me that in addition to a broken spring, there were other items that needed to be replaced. Paul performed the repair work in a very timely and professional manner and after the repairs were completed he explained in detail the repair work that was done. The garage door now operates like new. Paul conducts himself in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner and provided me a valuable customer service.
