Precision Door Service was recommended to me by a friend who had work done on their garage a few years back, and was very pleased with the work done. I must say I definitely agree!! Frist I want to say I was so very pleased with the quick response to my call, I was definitely surprise. I want to commend and thank Al Fleming for his excellent work, and his patience. He explained what was wrong, and what was needed to resolve the problem. At times he had to repeat some of the information twice, but he was patient and thorough in his explanations. We found him to be professional, friendly, and efficient! We are very pleased with our new garage door opener, and would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door to others.

I got an appoint right away (could have had next morning - opted to take one the following morning after next morning). They came on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it and left. The employee was polite and respectful. I was charged a basic price plus a price for the work. I am satisfied with the work and price.

It never I cured to me what was wrong with my garage door when it would not open.. if it’s not the batteries in the opener than it’s broken. Googled garage door repair and Precision came up. I saw where you guys had 14 years in the business and called and set up an appointment. Courteous and informative young woman took my information and was pleasantly surprised when she offered a morning, Saturday appointment between 8:00 and 10:00 am. My Technition called and informed me he would be there by 8:10-15 and he was. Very polite, waited while I struggled to get the entry door open to the garage and stepped in to assist. He got the entry door open. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the garage door within 10 minutes ! The door was frozen to the ground! He noticed the noise coming from the rails, chains (?) and offered to lube them for me since the cost of the service fee would be the same and the added cost would be minimal. He answered a few questions for me regarding the door, very helpful and efficient! Thank you Precision, tune ups for my door will be forthcoming! Appreciate your business model and service.

I was searching for a company to fix my broken springs on my garage door. There's a local one by my house that has nothing but terrible reviews. I saw Precision Door was highly recommended so I gave them a call. They scheduled me an appointment for the next day! They even arrived early! The technician Paul was friends and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Another thing they do is send you a picture of the person coming to your house. That was pretty cool. Fantastic work!

Called Precision in the morning with major problems resulting in no access to our autos. Technician Greg came out a 1/2 hr. earlier than scheduled. The COLD weather didn't slow Greg down one bit. He dove in and corrected ALL the many problems with our garage door. Personable, professional and efficient are the 3 words that describe Greg best. I would also like to thank the operator who handled my call and set up the appointment. How refreshing, to deal with people who know what the he## they're doing !

Jim, Actually a little disappointed in this experience. $215 to put some rollers in the door and not fix it is ridiculous when the problem was the drive gear: which had a broken tooth. For another $719, I could get a new operator. Really? I may just go to Sue McConnell at BBB in Cleveland for this one. Happy to discuss with you Jim, Bill Moore 440-591-0989

I detected early on a Saturday morning my garage door was having issues. I noticed one of the cables was tangled. Precision scheduled a technician for the next day. Zoran arrived an hour early. He quickly did some analysis to determine if anything was broken. Thankfully the cables were fine and the garage door was just off track (no damages). My garage is 100 years old, the door was converted from two smaller doors to one large one. He explained how the door get can out of alignment due to many factors (door not square, uneven ground, winter weather, etc). I appreciated not only the knowledge share but being very thorough repairing the door. Within an hour, my door functional. Thank you Zoran for sharing your knowledge and repairing my door in such a professional manner.

For years I have used another garage repair service that I "inherited" from my parents. I felt that my previous service was rushed and I was provided scant instruction re: operation and reasons as to why I was experiencing so many problems. I couldn’t recommend Precision more highly for emergency garage door repair - in my case an overhead door that had fallen off a track. Quick response was promised and delivered. Most of the time, I take my garage door opener for granted. BIG MISTAKE when it doesn't work!! Precision Overhead Garage Door-Cleveland to the rescue!! Of course it was 5 PM on a Friday when I needed help! No problem! Dakota of the toll-free customer service line was incredibly helpful and polite and the appointment was quickly scheduled ON A SUNDAY! No extra weekend surcharge! I couldn't have asked for any better attention than was given by Bill, the technician. Totally communicative, personable and professional. I am grateful that I chose to have called Precision to initially install the opener years ago and to repair it when it needed it! No competition, hands down!
